Actually Gon was more berserk that's y lmao. If you seen the anime, then you would know that he best pitou till she was headless one and also the whole time leading up to that point he was going berserk, but not as berserk. He even lost an arm like guts and his nen and prolly some life force.. lmao so yeah I say he deserved that #1 spot 100% anime versions of both at least

If we talk about berserk moment, i think the hibiki from symphogear lost control is one of them. After getting berserk, she literally rips out her opponent's heart and despite the fact that he's already dead, it doesn't stop her from continuing to unleash herself against him again and again.
Idk why but Naofumi's curse shield rage gives a diff vibe, he went through such a hell in a totally diff world, he got false accused of smthing he never did, everyone just bullied him.

Super late to the party, but I've said it before in another clip of Kenshin vs. Katana gari Cho: Kenshin isn't only willing to sacrifice his life to save another, he'll sacrifice his very soul. I get chills just thinking about the yell before he attacks as he prepares to throw away his redemption to save Iori. Also Eva-01 going berserk is the ultimate "Momma Bear" moment, "Mess with my kid and there won't be anything left of you".
Nice video! One I would certainly add is the July Incident from Trigun. Shows just how destructive Vash and the other plants can be when they lose control, sets a bar for how powerful Knives can be, and gives motivation for multiple other characters throughout the run of the series.
I wish that Seras losing it after Pip died in Hellsing Ultimate and Rin losing control in Blue Exorcist was in this video, but I glad Ichigo's hollow side was in it.
Haven't bothered with blue exorcist but seras going full vampire was awesome. Honestly ultimates still today one of my favourite anime. Even now I rewatch it every now and again.

Alpha Stigma is still my #1 favorite of all rage moments. That rage in ep3 also the most badass moment in the anime imo.
some additional context on that Digimon bit: 1.) the dub ages them up, 2.) the dub tones things down.
This isn't a 13-year-old reacting to a digimon being deleted by thirsting for power.
This is an 11-year-old devolving into actually-homicidal rage after watching one of his close friends get retraumatized from losing ANOTHER parental figure (the only one left who isn't ice-cold and abusive, the one she has a really weird Oedipus complex toward, AND he's just up and murdered in front of her, plus the recurring "this is fate" let's-make-existence-seem-hopeless bit) to the brat-turned-homicidal-maniac that they all tried to befriend.
This was also the moment the Serial Experiments Lain author ripped off the mask and said "I'm just gonna write what I love writing - COSMIC HORROR AND PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLERS" and nothing was ever okay again.

Being born from a corpse, being abused both mentally an sexually as a child, left alone and almost eaten by wolves, losing his adoptive mother who actually loved him, being selled and mentally tortured by the one he saw as a father or even mentor, finding friends who became his family and then losing them because of Griffith and his stupidity and freaken Charlotte screaming her lungs out. And that's just what happened before the eclipse.
Also... Guts going berserk while using the berserker armor, he even needed Schierke to get back to normal and she struggled a lot!! And she's very powerful!!

Man, Guts' voice actor (2016) is everywhere. It is like imagining the Black Swordsman (armor, haircut, sword, prosthetic left arm and all) physically being in whatever anime his voice actor is in.

That's why. She was fully aware. Berserk mode not only are you not in control, you lose all sense of awareness, even going as far as to injure yourwn allies
You missed Accelerator, dude goes berserk nearly every fight. Though the black wing awakening against dark matter and his fight against the hound dogs are pretty damn special
Levi when his friends were killed?
Nobody else knows about Hibiki Tachibana from the Symphogear franchise. Her berserk state is where her Gungnir gear consumes her body and when her emotions are dropped to negative, or when she lost her arm to a monster. Hibiki’s berserk state only goes on a few times but it’s truly frightening to a T.
And more frightening I think that she's aware of what she's doing but she can't fully control it.
PS: I was the first saying that they didn't include Hibiki's berserk mode
Gotta ad a bit of a correction here. In the Goblin Slayer scene, while GS did choke the Goblin Champion, he did not suffocate him. It lead up to his next move,...digging his hand into the GC's eyesocket and ripping his eye out and then casually tossing it among the other gobs and they ran away in fear. That particular scene was awesome. He was at his bad ass best there.
I have to say they brought out some classic rages with this one - Rurouni Kenshin, Yugi-Oh, NGE.
I really feel like Goku going Super Saiyan, or Gohan going SSJ 2 could have made it on the list, but I can see why the rest of these moments were, especially Mob hitting 100% and Gon going into his Adult form
12:26 Weevil kind of deserves to be knocked out five times by Atem because he played a twisted prank on the Pharaoh and Teá into thinking the card he ripped was the card containing Yugi’s soul
The Japanese version it's even more brutal. Atem even says "wash your neck and wait" which over there is bascially a very old execution order, before the colossal beatdown Weevil got. The english dub was scaled WAYY back and toned way down.

Diego Hernandez Ichigo’s Vasto Lorde is a result of his inner hollow taking control just like the Kyuubi taking control of Naruto. Inuyasha’s full demon mode on the other hand is the result of his demonic blood overwhelming him when he isn’t possessing the Tessaiga or his life is in danger. It is a weakness of his.

Anyone else notice half this list was just from a previous video? Like not even changed dialogue, just lifted completely from one of their top 10 lists.
Somewhat related to Gon snapping upon realizing Kite can't be revived (at least, not in that form): Gohan going Super Saiyan 2 vs. Cell. In addition to having possibly one of the best, if not outright the best, songs attributed to it (the fact that a parody Abridged Series, arranging the original Japanese piece into English, could still send chills down my spine is amazing), the context of what's going on with Gohan paints the 11-year old in a whole new light. Yes, Gohan had snapped before, in short bursts (see him assaulting Raditz, Nappa, and Freeza). Overcome by the rage of the Cell Jrs reducing his usually stronger companions (as well as Yamcha, Krillin, and Tien) to helpless punching bags, culminating in Cell's personal killing of the one ally who couldn't be revived (insert gingers not having souls joke here for Android 16), Gohan just loses it and effortlessly crushes the Cell Jrs. Then, well, TeamFourStar puts Gohan's thoughts at the time best:
"Cell, you don't get it. I HATE this. The vibrations through my fists on contact...the taste of blood in my mouth...the sound of my heart in my ears...I HATE it. I always have. But right now...in this moment...the only thing I hate more than it...is you. Because you were right about me. I was a coward...scared of what would happen if I snapped...afraid that...if I lost it this time...I'd...never come back. That I'd finally...kill someone. But I'm not scared anymore, Cell. Because there's no point in delaying the inevitable."
Add to that the lyric of "Spirit vs. Spirit": "I'll turn your laughter into fear", and even in parody format, SSJ2 Gohan is an amazing moment as he does exactly that to Perfect Cell.
