Article 1 Definitions
“standing recommendation” means non-binding advice issued by WHO
“temporary recommendation” means non-binding advice issued by WHO
Article 2 Scope and purpose
including through health systems readiness and resilience in ways that are commensurate with and restricted to public health risk all risks with a potential to impact public health,
Article 3 Principles
The implementation of these Regulations shall be with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons
Article 10 Verification
whilst encouraging the State Party to accept the offer of collaboration by WHO, taking into account the views of the State Party concerned.
Article 11 Exchange of information
WHO shall facilitate the exchange of information between States Parties and ensure that the Event Information Site For National IHR Focal Points offers a secure and reliable platform
Article 12 Determination of a public health emergency of international concern public health emergency of regional concern, or intermediate health alert
2. If the Director-General considers, that a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern is occurring,
If the Director-General determines that the event constitutes a public health emergency of international concern, and the State Party are in agreement regarding this determination,
5. If the Director-General, following consultations with the Emergency Committee and relevant States Parties the State Party within whose territory the public health emergency of international concern has occurred,
New para 6: Where an event has not been determined to meet the criteria for a public health emergency of international concern, but the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response,
the Director-General, on the basis of information received, may determine at any time to issue an intermediate public health alert to States Parties
Article 13 Public health response
3. At the request of a State Party, WHO shall collaborate clearly defined assistance to a State Party offer assistance to a State Party in the response to public health risks and other events by providing technical guidance, health products, technologies, know-how, deployment of civil medical personals,
The State Party shall accept or reject such an offer of assistance within 48 hours and, in the case of rejection of such an offer, shall provide to WHO its rationale for the rejection, which WHO shall share with other States Parties.
4. If WHO, … determines that a public health emergency of international concern is occurring, it may shall offer, in addition to the support indicated in paragraph 3 of this Article,
5. When requested by WHO, States Parties should shall provide, to the extent possible, support to WHO- coordinated response activities,
including supply of health products and technologies, especially diagnostics and other devices, personal protective equipment, therapeutics, and vaccines, for effective response to PHEIC occurring in another State Party’s jurisdiction and/or territory,
NEW Article 13A WHO Led International Public Health Response
States Parties recognize WHO as the guidance and coordinating authority of international public health response during public health Emergency of International Concern and undertake to follow WHO’s recommendations in their international public health response.
New Article 13A: Access to Health Products, Technologies and Know-How for Public Health Response
Immediately after the determination of a public health emergency of international concern under Article 12, the Director General shall make an immediate assessment of availability and affordability of required health products and make recommendations, including an allocation mechanism,

States Parties shall provide, in their intellectual property laws and related laws and regulations, exemptions and limitations to the exclusive rights of intellectual property holders to facilitate the manufacture, export and import of the required health products, including their materials and components.

NEW Chapter IV (Article 53 bis-quater): The Compliance Committee 53 bis Terms of reference and composition
1. The State Parties shall establish a Compliance Committee that shall be responsible for:

Except it makes less sense that way, since it would require an extraordinary coordination of unknown and unpredicrable factors to create such an f-up. It makes much more sense that many individual actors (some working together others not so much) took the oppertunity as they saw fit.

Before the pandemic, before it was even known officially as covid-19, nearly every country in the world imported Covid-19 test kits and face masks by the millions p/country. These kits actually were named 'covid-19 test kit'. One individual found out and took screenshots, made it public and linked to the source and more people saw and started sharing, and the WHO quickly ensured the renaming of the kits. Prior to the pandemic the WHO lowered the number of infections necessary to apply the label 'pandemic'. As Agenda 2030 - which is nothing hidden - stated; there will be more pandemics, and each one worse than the prior, in order to have the global population thinned out, and welcome ever further reaching draconian measures. I now know at least eight people who are vaccine damaged. The newest one is a lovely delivery driver I have known for over two years. We always have a good chat. He initially had intermittent palpitations after vaccination. Then within a month he started getting unexplained lumps on his body. He now has more than fifty. He was fit and healthy at the time of vaccination. None of the damaged people I know have made a yellow card report. How many hundreds of thousands of damaged people are there?

This document is proposing such amendments since the WHO (and WEF) saw how many governments (and their respective citizens) were willing to follow their guidelines during the COVID pandemic. If implemented, such rules would also give governments some cover should they impose onerous restrictions on their citizens. Authorities could simply refer to these WHO rules as being responsible.

Buried my hiking buddy, George, last month. The shot gave him clots and fatigue, and over a few months time, his odd neurological symptoms (all after the jab) ended his life. I see people with fatigue, memory loss, and cardiac issues on a regular basis now .
Terrible to hear that! This stuff stays in the system for a long time, even indefinitely, because the affected cells keep producing it until they are hunted down by the immune system. Thankfully, some fasting can remove it from the system and also repair the damage to the body. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting.
Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses.
Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

You can’t blame people for playing the game, but if the rules make the game not only unfair, but dangerous, the choices are to change the rules or stop playing. When I go to the doctor for “expert advice,” and they don’t tell me about the risks vs. benefit, they are not the ones who suffer the consequences. That goes all the way to the top, where the repercussions impact people who have no power to decide what risks they are willing to take for a few people to have more and more money.

For me the most frightening thing that is happening is people’s incredulousness about ALL the shifts and changes happening simultaneously (as though pre-planned🤔) and honestly believing they can do ‘nothing about them!!’ We can all do our small or large part by being mighty warriors against these corrupt, avaricious, controlling and power hungry individuals and groups by passing information forward; making people think from a different lens in conversations you have at gatherings/events without coming on as a preacher or nay-sayer and of course in print. The more people become ‘aware’ and ‘AWAKENED’ to what is truly going on in the world behind the scenes, the more they can tag others. Now being realistic, many are still under the illusion that all these public health institutions are still making the best decisions for them and there is nothing that can be done until they learn to listen and view from alternate perspectives. Small groups all over a country, all over the world can start to have small impacts…just like Dr John has done these past 3 years! Thank-you 🙏Just my humble opinion!

It's no where near 99.9% for critical mass.. and to the person who said even 99.9% isn't enough... absolutely not... what? Critical mass is probably somewhere BELOW 50%. Not even that, maybe closer to a 20%. Do you realize how much police power and effort it would take to try and "control" 20% of a population? The explicit resistance we got last time around was probably closer to below 5%. No one is going to be able to go through with anything if 20% of people reject it.
