Is it possible to use one of these cool lenses made for news gathering cameras on a Super 8 camera? Well, it is. The lens was designed for 3CCD sensors so the image is not going to be perfect and adjusting the flange focal distance is gonna be a pain, but... It is possible.

Where to get lens mount adapter?

It's a C-Mount to B4 adapter that can be found on eBay. But don't get too excited. The lens was designed for 3CCD sensors which causes a lot of chromatic aberration at wide apertures and properly adjusting the back focus of the lens would be almost impossible without the right tools and knowledge. I'm going to try several things to see if I can make it work properly, but it's not going to be easy.

Crop factor? The crop factor of Super 8 is around 6X. This lens would be similar to a 51.6-1032mm on a full frame still photo camera.
