Your video is pretty enticing so we end up visiting it on 7/12/24 and the food is not like what you showed here. We’re very disappointed because there was no warm crab leg. Only the one that’s soaking ice and there were no half lobster. They have small lobster, cook, and ginger scallion sauce and with that price you can get way cheaper over at Asia Buffet For half the price.

Another winner!!!... Remember when this quality could be found in the casinos? No longer... All the favs, with seafood... gotta love it... They definitely know who their customers are and work extra hard to keep them happy... (unlike the casinos)... So delightful to hear the absolute delight in your voices... You can actually hear the enjoyment in this buffet... lol...

I used to live in WA state and my sis and I would go crabbing every single day for a while there. The catch limit was 6 Dungeness and 6 rock crab per person, per day with a license. And the kids didn’t need a license at their age but had the same limit. Needless to say, our mom expected to be able to eat her fill of crab the whole time she was visiting! 😂 🦀 🦀🦀

This is my first time viewing your show. I'm very impressed, not only with the seafood, but the Cantonese style pig feet and cut-up pig ears!!! I miss the Todai in Woodland Hills, but we do have its sister chain here in Vegas called Makino! It’s on Decatur Blvd close to Flamingo, and have so much sushi now along with the hot food section including tempura galore!

Thank you for your video. You both are so detailed and reviewing these restaurants and we really appreciate it the honest review. I enjoy watching your video. It’s not your fault but I think it’s the restaurant because I visited here on 7/12/24 and we’re looking forward to the half lobsters and warm/boiled snow crab legs but there no half lobster and only cold snow crab legs on ice. The place was clean especially for a Chinese buffet but I was disappointed. They have chopped up lobster meat (small one) in ginger scallion sauce, no half lobster. They have the same menu at Asia Buffet for half the price. Viewers, I suggest calling them before you go if you want the half lobster and boil snow crab legs, which I think they no longer carry on their menu anymore.

wiill they fry up those cold snow crab legs? i hate frozen cold seafood, it feels raw if its cold on ice when its served..i went to the M resort 99$ brunch and it had COLD snow crabs frozen..felt nasty eating it

We went on a Sunday afternoon. The lobster and crab is served daily, but only for weekday dinner and all day on weekends.
Is look great so on weekdays day doesn’t have lobsters right? And must be cheaper than 49
Currently the weeknight dinner and weekend meal have the same menu.

They do.

Haven’t seen it enforced. I imagine if folks were well over they would.

Unlimited trips are allowed.
Really curious about what a Oyster that isnt fresh taste like.
It may have a metallic or very salty taste to it. It can also smell like sulfur. If none of those things are present you’ll know later that night if the oyster was bad.

I went there 5 days ago. I was extremely disappointed with their crab legs and halved dungeoness crab. It had no taste at all. The crab was part of the reason why I went there. The garlic lobster was yummy thank goodness.
That’s a shame. The steamed snow crab was delicious when we went. The lobster was delish too!
Can really get your value if you focus on the expensive beloved items vs salad etc
We show everything the buffet has. Sometimes the feedback we get is there can be someone in a party with a special diet.

Warning to viewers - careful eating escolar. It is actually not allowed to be served in Japan because it causes upset stomachs in many diners. At least here they call it as is because sometimes it is also served as white tuna or butterfish. For white tuna at sushi bars make sure it is ono or wahoo (same thing) and for butterfish make sure it is black cod or sable fish (also both the same thing)

To me, this is your typical local Asian run buffet and I'll never understand why anyone would open one in Las Vegas or go to eat at one, when there's better on the Strip for about the same price as brunch but stay for dinner if you're in line by noon.
We’ve actually visited and reviewed all of the Asian buffets in town. Definitely take a look at those reviews. Curious if you’d honestly feel this way afterwards.

That is interesting. I just searched the Bacchanal buffet on Google maps. This is known as one of the better buffets in Las Vegas. It costs $80-$85 per person. It holds a 4.0 rating on Google Maps. It’s interesting how the rating for this place is almost the same as the Bacchanal and costs half as much.
Good video as always. I am disappointed that they stopped serving lobster with ginger and onion; those pieces were from larger lobsters. Whenever I see a buffet cover lobsters in cheese I am afraid they want to cover up the less fresh flavor. I would have preferred that they raise the prices by a bit rather than do this.

I was there 2 days ago Sunday, very disappointing for me. No grilled half lobster, very skinny crab legs, white cut chicken was tasteless, dungeness crabs were small and not appealing, I didn't try, no BBQ duck, Dim Sums were not good. Will not go back for sure.

PIG FEET: For older people with knee problems, pig feet is the best food you can take to grow more cartilage because it is high in collagen and it is tasty when eaten with a soup or broth.
PIG EARS: For those with frail joints, eating pig's ears will lessen your pain.
BOK CHOY: for diabetics, eating bok choy is the best food for a healthy kidney.
SUSHI RICE ROLL: The white rice in the suchi roll is very high in the glycemic index. Diabetics, stay away from it.

So if you go to just eat the lobster, you literally wear a groove in the carpet going back and forth?? That is not cool.
Went yesterday, they went back to cut up pieces of stir fry lobster, all the sushi and sashimi looks old and not fresh, they stick oysters down to the ice but not sitting on top, strange practice and it lost the raw ousters natural juice, would never come back especially drink is not included and they charge $1.50 for credit card fee, will just stick to buffet@asia or makino

The cross contamination of using the same set of tongs for different items is CRAZY!
My daughter is allergic to shell fish, but still likes salmon rolls and such. As soon as he grab the shrimp roll and then grabbed something else .... NO NO NO.
Now could die using those tongs. Too cheap to have a set of tongs for every dish ... really.
Unfortunately I’ve seen this in every buffet sushi station in Vegas. In some buffets they mix several different rolls onto one platter and then have one set of tongs. So you’re basically grabbing every different type of sushi roll with the same set of tongs, but it is either on one tray or on more than tray.
Very disappointed in this restruant. Its more like 20 dollar buffet charging 50 for it and on top of that they charge card convenience fee.

I lot of good looking food. I definately would not eat the "seafood soup" that sounds a lot like the dump for questionable seafood that sat around and didnt sell for days

Not a big fan of Chinese buffets, they cut too many corners & you eat at your own risk. The Japanese or Korean buffets are cleaner from the buffet to the restrooms, their sushi is better, and the service tends to be faster. Not a fan of lobster cut lengthwise like it's some science textbook drawing of the lobster.
We have a Japanese buffet in town. A bit more sushi and no lobster.
I went to this restaurant on Sunday evening more than a week ago after watching your video from last year. I was looking forward to it but what a disappointment! The buffet was quite smaller in real life than it looked in your video. The foods (fish, clams, frog legs ...) were lukewarm at best. The crab legs were bland and watery, definitely not fresh. Only the lobsters and grilled oysters were decent though the lobsters were more like big shrimps. I took my family of 4 there and I was embarrassed. It was totally not worth it. I've been to better buffets and cost less. Will never go back. Sorry.
It’s too bad your experience was so different than ours. We film all the dishes in the buffet when we are there to show those watching what is available. Doing so shows everyone exactly what is offered. No way to make it smaller or larger doing so.
