The timing of this is great; I had tech week last week and am heading into my second week of performances! I love these videos because they help me solidify my bag for each show. The portable steamer and slides are genius!

I was in Matilda earlier this year and it was so fun! I had the same script with the same rule that we couldn’t highlight in them. I played a big kid and it was SO FUN!

I was the student director in my last show (as well as a minor character) and I carried a fan with me too and a lot of the cast members used it. I was really glad that bringing the fan proved to be useful for the cast.
I would suggest either color matching foundation or acrylic paint for the shoe fix. I know foundation works really well on pointe shoes to stay, but I'm not sure how well the acrylic would stay. :)

Also absolutely no hate but water doesn't do anything in a steamer. They are meant for use with saline solution

I’m in tech week for SpongeBob the musical rn! I’m doing mean girls the musical next in the fall. This is my 6th show.
So exciting! I was in SpongeBob last summer and it was a blast. Definitely a fun show🥹🫶🏻

for the past two years nobody but me has brought a fan and now my fan is just the staple show fan (its a massive drag fan)
