This is quite the production for a school! What a great setup. A lot of secondary (high) schools in the UK don't have facilities like this so it's nice to see!
I love how everyone has a job. I did both stage crew and was on the stage (as ensemble), and i love both environment. However on stage crew they didn't have this many jobs. It was always the 'adults' doing some of the jobs that we wanted to do. I was in charge of mic changes, i trained and everything, but never really got the chance to do them since they relayed on the adults. I just felt like i was just there doing nothing :(
Ran across this while using HS musicals to inspire me to keep slogging thru a week long tiling marathon. Found your vlog on a show. Great to see even more spirit enthusiasm dedication backstage reversals etc. Terrific u got to go to NYC, saw two of the most ironic plays in Broadway history. fyi That first room w the "tenament" view THAT IS NY, it's what most grew up w, live w.
