Thanks. A balanced review. I tried all the rest and bought what I thought was the best - despite the premium price. In more than fifty years of driving everything from a Rolls Royce to 44 tonne Volvos I've never enjoyed a vehicle as much.
Excellent review style. Clipped, concise, informative. So many others are boringly slow. I enjoyed the way the reviewer kept going through the information. As for the car .... WOW. What a package. In terms of looks it reminds me a little of a large Alfasud.
Thanks Dan, comprehensive review. When I first saw the GV60 online I thought it was a bit quirky, something out of Disneyland. However, having seen it in the flesh I liked it. Not an electric motor fan, but if I bought one then the GV60 is high on my list. Probably prefer the GV70 for practicality, maybe the 2.5 petrol version.
@@rayrapp8929 I have a GV70 2.5T on loan this week, and it’s surprisingly brisk, smooth and comfy. Only averaged 30mpg over 800 miles though, the down side of having a smaller engine in a larger car!
I only came across the GV60 after I'd been looking at the GV70 Electrified. And after looking at the GV70, I wasn't struck on the GV60. But that's like comparing a supermodel to the girl next door. And we all know who we're most likely to end up with. Though, sadly, when I was in my youth, there were no _girl next door_ scenarios. Just a lot of old people 8-((... What I'm saying is that the GV60's really grown on me. I like it's looks and its size. Perfect if it's just for my missus and me as the kids have all bu99ered off 8-))... And now that I'm getting to the age of the people I used to live next door to, though not quite that old, comfort is a must for my next car. Plus I still have the mind of a 20 something, so tech is also important. I'll have to look into these _"Magma"_ variants as not heard about them. Good review. 😁👍
Thanks for watching! It’s a really solid option if you want something comfortable but modern and size isn’t a priority. The magma is not released yet but is bound to be extremely fast - most people will be satisfied with the performance of the standard GV60. There’s no denying the electric GV70 is the nicer car overall, but it is larger and more expensive. Hope you figure out the best option for you and thanks again for taking the time to leave a comment 👍🏻

Lovely cars Hyundai make , shame those prices are absolutely ridiculous.
