- Jessica finishes up the 100 iguana count job. Big iguanas, small iguanas, they all can get it in this 3 part series!
Using the Brocock Concept XR and the Atomic XR. Both in 22 caliber.
Iguana Solutions is a wildlife removal company in South Florida that specializes in invasive iguana removal and prevention. Iguanas are invasive species - damaging public and private property while also ruining the local ecosystem by eating all the plants.

I cannot understand the mentality of people that don't want invasive species removed from where they don't belong - whether they be iguana or feral cats. The mess they make, the native species they kill and habitats they foul and destroy... Great job Jessica, keep up the good work 😁
Look at the Asian carp problem. They are spending millions just trying to control them. Zebra mussels as well.

The crazy lady that feeds them is actually helping a great deal. The iguanas are grouped up in that small area and easy to find.

New subscriber. Outstanding job Jess. Sadly like the wild boar, iguanas are here to stay along with all the other invasive species. At least there are people out there like you that hunt them down and put a dent in their population. I honestly didn’t know that iguanas were so destructive, but when there so many I’m sure they cause a lot of damage. It looks like they do a lot of damage to the native plants.
Found one of those long legged/hairy iguanas too, I see. Good on ya for letting that one escape. Congrats on the 100.

there is something strangely attractive about a woman that knows her way around a firearm. thumbs up.
I live in a condo in Delray Beach, Fl that consists of single floor ranch style homes with 4 units to a building. We do not have a big iguana population but in addition to a few 'roof-bathers there is one massive, 10+ pound gray-colored male that occasionally suns itself on a roof top. They crawl to the roofs via adjacent plants and trees. Anyway, I actually saw this large iguana jump from the roof edge to the ground; a distance of about 9 FEET. Not even the many local squirrels would ever attempt such a leap. It was just fine and walked away as if it were no problem. They're tough as nails! Keep up the good work!
Ive seen them fall from very very tall trees and run off like it was nothin!

I had a supervisor at work who’s daughter had a pet iguana. They make great pets.
This is the first I've heard this! Usually everyone says they make TERRIBLE pets. They are hard to provide the proper habitat to as they grow huge, live over 30 years, and are often times extremely aggressive

That's just crazy. You took out 100 and we can't even tell.
I took 1000 here in 2 years, and it made a big difference...but then they stopped and I haven't been here in about 2 years...so they are back. This place is along a canal, allowing for high influx of new large iguanas
