    The content you put on has always an immense value, not only from Bodybuilding and training prospective; never let disappointed when finish one episode, just the disappointment that is finished LoL.

    On the effort topic. Would you say as long as effort is still 100% there isn’t much of a difference doing same movements frequently and logging them vs just going in and doing movements you enjoy even if they’re slightly different each time if mind muscle connection is there.

      It depends what the desired outcome is .. IMO I think for something to be quantified it has to be tracked in some way …even if loosely .. the enjoyment factor is important too & you have to do stuff that you enjoy also . So do the stuff you enjoy my friend.
