"Withholding her medication" seems like it would have been an arrestable offense. She was a vulnerable adult. He should be behind bars instead of in bars.

Bruises or Pressure marks are documented in NIH Abstract as occurring from Water retrieval. Blood pools under the skin at points of pressure. * also the remarks about was there Blood in the scratches makes no since as her body was in the water. If any scratches were actually enough to draw blood it would be washed away.(diluted)

I agree with her father that this sudden “suicide” without any advance planning including a note for family, cancelling her shift at work, etc is not consistent with her personality. She was dressed for her shift at work with a sandwich packed in the car for later that day-this is not how people kill themselves.
Really? Because my dad went and paid all his monthly bills. Went to the grocery store. Came home, put away groceries. Walked through the living room where his brother and sister were sitting, and went to the garage and hung himself. So, where is the rule book for offing yourself? Obviously, not everyone is reading it.

He may not have been good at talking about what he felt or needed, but he showed some respect and concern as best he could while feeling hopeless.
Unless there are drugs involved or a severe mental illness (ie involving commanding hallucinations, paranoia or mania), people usually wrestle with the idea of suicide for a long time before acting and often make some quiet preparations like giving away their most precious items or writing a note or paying off bills. My professional work involves trying to help people with trauma who are suicidal so that they don’t act on the thoughts, but sadly some people don’t ever reach out for that help. I am wishing you peace. ❤️

I wish so much that her cremation had been delayed and there had been a better autopsy performed. Someone came up with a pretty good idea as to what happened and the theory is on reddit. It truly resonates. I do not believe JP was anywhere but with her when she passed. I pray for the truth to be revealed. JP is a monster. He deserves all that is coming to him. The fact that JP's lawyer friend owns property that backs up against the park .. the coincidences are just beyond what could be considered normal in this case.

I thought it was very strange that her body was found in the water. Micas father said they found bullet casings and a live round away from the water, so was there any blood on the ground in between where the bullet casings were found and where they found her body? also putting her in the water would remove any evidence of gunpowder residue on her hand, and also it would remove evidence of how the gunpowder placed itself around the wound, which a forensic pathologist on Nancy Grace explained that can help determine whether a gunshot is a suicide or not. water is cold and it seems against instinct to go into water if you're gonna shoot yourself, it doesn't make any sense
I will never believe she did this to herself. She was bringing several people in that church down and they weren’t having it. That invitation was sloppy quick and dry. So many unanswered questions. Justice for Mica.
Unfortunately, she was under investigation for $1199 of charity money being deposited into her account. I suspect JP set her up. That is how narcissists like him operate.
I’m been trying to leave my narcissistic wife. It is agonizing torture. They publicly smear you. They weaponize the legal system against you. They stalk you, hack into your emails and text messages, all while making you out to be the abuser. They leave you questioning your own sanity. They file motion after motion with false allegations extending the court proceedings while maligning you before the court. I’ve endured all the above, and so did Mica. You try to put on a good face, but inside there is a pain that no one who hasn’t gone through it will ever understand. There is no end in sight. You just want out, but there is no end in sight within this life.
On 9/11 many people jumped from the twin towers to escape the fire. It has been widely reported that they did not scream. They were calm as they fell to their deaths. They had accepted that jumping was their only means to escape the flames that were burning their flesh. I believe Mica reached that point. She jumped. She escaped the only way she could.
You seem to think you have information no one else has. Perhaps you could inform the FBI and local law enforcement.

@@anonymoususer4866 O.J. has nothing yo do with this. That investigation Brought O.J. to Justice, charged with 2 murders. A strong Defence Team and a bungling/unethical Prosecution Blew the case. Double Jeopardy law prevented retrial. The Prosecution should have withdrawn charges and built their case more solid before refiling.
* Back then a broad portion of America thought O.J. was being framed - Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
As for - Getting away with Mica Death, there is no evidence(at this time) pointing to anything other than Self inflicted life ending action.

I'm furious about the medical examiner saying, "Well there's no witnesses so it's a suicide" Even with a suicide it's to be treated as a crime or suspicious death. At least call it undetermined. The investigation was slip shot and he rushed to cremate her remains. He wouldn't allow the family to view her body unless they signed a doc saying they agree to cremation.

I would have fought that and gotten an emergency court order against it. No way I would have signed it as every single alert should have been set off when that was even a demand. If that isn't flipping suspicious, nothing is. I know they family was in shock and not thinking clear, but someone should have been thinking logically for them to help them make a rational decision about that. It makes me sad.
To Mica's family: Please go over the video of her buying the gun. Some online sleuths realised she turned over her shoulder 9 times while in the shop as though she was expecting to see someone or something. My guess;JP.

One is known to have talked with her for a few minutes before she headed off to find a quiet spot. The person said she did not seem in any distress and he wished he had known her intentions. He would have tried to do something to stop her.

Most of the time people/family are soooo shocked when somebody commits suicide and usually the family says we didn't see it coming. That's how suicide works and that's why it's so heartbreaking. Usually there aren't definite signs and people or family members will say "they were happy" right before or he wouldn't do this because XYZ ....suicide makes no sense. It's not linear. but it's so heartbreaking😞

Collect and hide money in a tin and bury it in the front garden if you have one so he can't find it and it's easily accessible to you if you have to run. Keep some clothes at a trusted friends house and get copies of important paperwork. Direct your mail to a post office box at a post office preferably a little bit of a distance from where you are living now. Change your phone number or have a second phone ready with a different number. Slowly slowly remove your important or precious items from your home until you have gathered everything important to you and get out of the state. You got this girl!!

Play nice. A man did this to me too. I didn’t read the signs, I forgave him but I payed for it later. It was subtle control. Abusing their victims then playing sorry and kind afterwards. These are extremely sick men and unfortunately many are in churches thinking that paints them as a good guy.
To be honest I’m starting to think she wasn’t too bright or was into some of his stuff too. She did commit the affair with him and marry him you know. Even if she was young and groomed. I don’t know why someone would put up with all that if they had good parents/family who would take her in in an instant. A lot of this doesn’t add up. There's mental changes, of moods of ups and downs, in the recovery itself from this type of toxic relationship. It was rational for her to wish for protection as his behavior was escalating. The mistake, I think in her case - and maybe food for thought for other cases - is that the gun added peril from herself. For those moments of the down. Women are at their wits end with these men, and there's a period of void too, where they can't yet fix a stable picture of a life at the other side of the hell and unpredictability of what they are going through and are yet to emerge from. The emotions and anxiety are intense beyond belief.
I believe in justice for Mica but I also want to say that as a woman who’s dealt with several narcissistic personalities you have to realize you cannot tolerate this behavior. You cannot keep going back and forth with them, it’s torture.
I don’t believe either of them were truly godly people. You don’t just have affairs with married men, engage with prostitutes, and just commit yourself to evil if you don’t have a sense of desire for that in your heart. I just don’t believe it. Even if she was groomed, the Bible clearly speaks against this behavior.
We all fall short of Gods glory, but yea we’re not called to live in such chaos at home. That man NEVER had his house in order and therefore was NEVER qualified to be a pastor.

Mica was witnessed in the park walking off into the area where she did herself in - Alone. Even just prior she was talking to a man(local to the area) in the park, smiling and seemingly happy. His friend was the man with the Kayak that fund her body.
There were People visiting the park at the time she was there walking around.
There is also about 25 minute gap in the Travel Timeline and the 911 call which would account for her movements in the park prior to placing the call.
Grief can push people to believe the absolute worst. Hew decision and what occurred may have nothing to do with everything being speculated upon.

I agree with crexcess. Police hasn't found any foul play so far. This case is being spinned esp by this media, into a murder case not taking into consideration the girl's mental health at the time she took her own life.

The first thing required is to avoid allowing Emotion into the process. Emotion clouds rational judgement. There is a time and place for Both, but not in seeking truth.
Striking down one particular Assumption about anything in now was lends justification to another.

the last several days, Mica closest contacts have started speaking out from her New church and work. All say she was in a good place and moving on it her life.
Her mind set changed almost in an instant. Some time between dressing for work and turning into the Pawnshop parking lot. *She was there when she should have been starting her shift. In that Moment she Changed her direction and chose not to keep moving forward.
If anyone can logically explain how any of the (rather suspect) accusations someone else could have possibly pulled off ending Mica life in the middle of the day, in a location literally know one knew she would be going to, in a well attended, very open public park without leaving any sign of ever being there, I'll be glad to entertain the Idea, if only to prove their theory can't possibly play out.

TO MICAS FATHER, jrlinvestigates covered a story where a journalist went back to the old church that was burned to the ground that JP's father owned in the 90s or something, and there was a second one that was also destroyed and they collected insurance on them apparently, but this investigator journalist said that he noticed that these churches were both close to the national park where she passed and back then at that time the people of the churches were into going to the state and national parks, apparently. all the details are in jrlinvestigates, I will try to put the link here.
