I followed a lot of your steps & tips this weekend and came out with a fantastic Pastalaya. We feed a lot of at church everybody raved about. Thanks for the step by step video.
This isn't really a recipe. It's just a matter of what you can fit in the pot. Simple ingredients like this don't really require a measurement. If your pot is smaller just down size everything. Eye balling it will work just fine
• 2 pounds of smoked sausage • 2.5 pounds of skinless chicken thigh * 2 pounds of pork *1 1/2 cans of tomatoes (I would just use 2) *Two onions, two bell peppers, half a stalk of rabbit food (celery) *4 cups chicken stock *12 cups water *2 pounds of noodles All seasoning was done to taste so just eyeball it. If you're unsure of yourself I suggest just adding 2 tablespoons of everything he used for seasoning. You will most likely have to taste it and add more seasoning to it though. You'll also need to cook this in a stock pot
Great video! I cant wait to try it in my pot this week! I plan on making the same recipe except ii was told to use a can of cream of shrimp and a can of cream of mushroom. Ever hear of this being used? I will also be using spaghetti instead of penne. Is the measurement the same for different types of pasta? Thanks a bunch!
Chicken Sausage Pork Onion Green pepper Celery Cook as he does in the video Does your family eat heavy add more if not add less....it's really easy to portion off how much you need for your family to eat
One thing I have learned from watching many Pastalaya videos. There is no one way to make this. Yes the ingredients are basically the same, but the way it’s done and the seasoning used is done by taste. I prefer bow tie noodles, not so much Kitchen Bouquet, and a good amount of Tony’s. Eat well, my friends
Gotta be good, I like when someone asks me why you put so much meat in your Jambalaya and I say if I wanted to eat noodles or rice I would boil them 😋 nice job fellas
I never ever use the kitchen bouquet for anything or the dales it’s too salty and never put the chicken or pork on paper towels because it stole a lot of the flavor from it 👌

My Fiance watches you all the time. We are going to make this in the next few days. Excited to try it! Thank you for posting.....
This looks better every time I watch it!!!
Good looking Pastalaya now I’m hungry for some good old pastalaya !!!!
Yum. A bowl of that with a nice icy cold beer would hit the spot. Thanks.
Great video and the food looks delicious
That looks so good I could almost taste it
Looked fantastic. Thanks
Can you send a recipe for family size instead of the whole block please. Love watching your videos. Thanks
Ditto!

He used 8 pounds of sausage. 1 pound would probably be enough for a family of 4 so just use 1/8th of everything else.

* 2 pounds of pork

Ralph the baker and the stale cracker have awesome cook books. With great pastalaya recipes
That's one stalk of bell pepper 😂
This is definitely something I'm going to try
After you add the pasta do you cut the heat off and let it sit covered and if so for about how long.
I'm gonna need to make some of that

What cut of pork?
Looks perfect! 🤤 You cooked it really well.
Where did you get that strainer?
What scoop were you using. I need one.
How many gallons is that pot your using?
If you ever have a room to rent... I WANT IT!
How long did u let pasta boil
What size pot is that?
10 Gallon
I'd like to see a recipe to make a family sized batch of this.
If you need a recipe. Then you don't know how to cook 🤣
divide ingredients by 10. make you gallon or so.
Chicken
Sausage
Pork
Onion
Green pepper
Celery
Cook as he does in the video
Does your family eat heavy add more if not add less....it's really easy to portion off how much you need for your family to eat
Where ya get that large spoon and what’s the name of it?
Someone gave it to me
Found it online. It’s a Stainless Steel Stir Fry Skimmer Strainer 48" Long Paddle. Thanks

How long did you cook it once you added everything 10 minutes or let the noodles soak up all the liquid
Mmm, man that looks good! Question, what size pot is that? And if I use spaghetti noodles, would I still use 8 pounds? Thanks!
Recipe please!! My fiancé and I want to do this for our wedding!!!
What is dales?
Dale's Seasoning Steak, look on the dressing section at any grocery store
Making for Halloween block party …

How many pounds of noodles
Looks good. But why is the sticker label still on that plate of chicken??? 🤔

Really appreciate the recipes and videos ! Where can I get a big scoop like the one in your video ?
What's your serving size for customers? About how many bowls/plates you make with that 10 gallon?
Omggggg 🤤💛💛💛💛💛
Yum yum
Where’s the velveeeta and cream cheese?? And you KNOW you gotta hit it with that two step!
💯👍🏽👍🏽
What the hell is “Wister” sauce?
pretty certain its Worcestershire Sauce
😮
Hell yes.
O M GOSH
GAWWWD DAMNN!
How many people can you feed off this recipe ?
I think it would be better without so much “kitchen bouquet”. It’s too dark, but otherwise looks delicious.
looks fire
So uh, you sell plates ? 😮💨😩
I never ever use the kitchen bouquet for anything or the dales it’s too salty and never put the chicken or pork on paper towels because it stole a lot of the flavor from it 👌
That’s money dude
I see ya promo for the pumas
Looks good but the paper towels soaked up all the flavors
The browning sauce threw me so off like it’s no need for it.
Looks decent but dales doesn’t belong in pastalya or jambalaya
That looks disgusting compared to stalekrackers
Because stalekraker didn’t take any shortcut and didn’t dilute any of the flavors
That’s because you don’t know what you’re looking at.. Lol 😂
Boy you is a couliian wasted all that flavors!!!
Throw it in the lawn grass!!
