So who pays the taxes at the end of the year. Because the ebay store would be attached to your name and your basically operating the eBay store. How do you do it so you dont get burned at the end of the year
It is pretty confusing, and eBay is not so helpful when it comes to tax related stuff... But the fees I currently charge my clients include an estimated projected tax for each item. This is the first year I am doing this, so I will have to figure this all out at exactly at some point, it just takes hours of research to find answers on these kinds of topics
@@devdoesauto eBay will send u a tax form for internet earnings if u do over $20k in a calendar year on one particular account. That threshold of $20k. Government trying to make it $600 from 2022 on. It’s probably going to drop from $20k but unknown how much yet. It’s called a 1099-k. Makes ur SSN ur tax ID number. A sole proprietorship.
find someone to sell them of do it yourself, it should be cash in your wallet rather than dead weight on a shelf or on the floor in the garage. Good luck!
