    This is most certainly a fan service game first, and a 'Frights Game' second. The developer was referring to the lore of the book/broader fazbear frights since it evolved over time. So it seems like, with the success of the game, it is a possible first step to using Fazbear Frights book stories for games. Though, much like Into The Pit itself, it contradicts the games timeline too much to be part of the "main canon".
    The exciting part about this is, is that these games will help us know which books/parts of the books are not direct references to the main canon. :3 Also means more games, so hey.

      The issue is that the game flat out contradicts the story of the books since in the story, Oswald never rescues any kids, and his visit to Freddy's to hang out with Chip and Mike happened across a few days.

    Imo the black hair kid kinda has to be Greg because it fits with what’s happening with the other mini games
    The other mini games featured the protagonist of the stories and the animatronic they encounter
    Sarah and Eleanor
    Millie And Funtime Freddy
    so logically Greg and fetch
    I think the mini game takes place after fetch is already killed Greg gf
    Maybe Greg is trying to find a way to destroy/get rid of fetch by going back to the location.
    This is why he runs from fetch because he is aware of what fetch can do and fetch kills him
    As for golden Freddy, I think his suit is a reference to the “new kid” and that golden Freddy suit Which is why the eyes are lit

      It’s supposed to be a hint that they are the same person. As it was implied in the Foxy book frights story with the father taking his children for fishing.
      I know people think Cassidy wants to hurt William, but it honestly feels like “the one you shouldn’t have killed” is actually the soul that always had control of William’s body (as implied in the man in the room story) and delighted in making him suffer by killing someone he personally known. Hence “bittersweet, but fitting”. A line that makes no sense if William and vice-versa doesn’t care about the other.
      Fnaf6 had Henry in the secret tape describe Scraptrap as something HE CREATED. Akin to Edwin creating the Mimic Whcih makes no sense if he was talking about William.And fnaf 2-4 provided hints that Spring Bonnie was always an active and evil animatronic long before William worn him. Outright being the reason why William screamed his way into taking the dayshift and created “fun with Plushtrap”. Notice how in fnaf3, William was staying in the Springtrap room, he acted even more afraid and panicked than he did in the fnaf2 “save them” minigame.
      With all of this context. The UCN scene of OMC (William) and Cassidy/Bite Victim (GF) is stupidly sad. Telling them to let “the one you shouldn’t have killed” to torture him for eternity. Especially if you contrast it with fnaf world hiding a secret good ending for the three of them in their true forms.

    to be honest the game could take place on 2019
    Zendrelix 2020 references godzilla, and those movies always put the "year" on the date after the year they launch, godzilla 2000 launched on 1999
    so the game could take place before pandemic
    the real value code puts fnaf 3 on 2015 and fnaf 1 on 1992, so it isn't a stretch to say that the game takes place after 3 and 6
    hell the fetch minigame implies that its the same freddy's before be rebranded as jeff's pizza
    the layout of the building is most likely for gameplay porpuses

    11:18 Another year that August started on a Wednesday and seems plausible (maybe even more so) is 2012. And if you add on 3 years to that you get 2015. Which notably is exactly 30 years on from 1985, as well as the year I’ve seen theorised the most for Into the Pit (or at the very least the Stitchwraith Stingers, which most likely take place after based on the way they end) the last few years. There’s even graffiti in one cutscene that seems to say 2015.
    I’d also throw in that 2007 (or 2010 if you add on those 3 years) is also at least a possibility, especially based on the complete absence of modern technology we see even in the present day. Interestingly, based on a quick cursory search around of mine the phone Oswald’s dad owns seems to match very closely to Nokia phones from around 2001 (or at least the early 2000s in general), which is also a year where August started on a Wednesday. Though Oswald does mention it being old/outdated I believe so I guess it’s probably a bit further on than that

      And not to mention that it being set in 2015 also adds to the similarities with Back to the Future if that's something the game developers wanted to pay homage to.

    • @IceFox606
      @IceFox606 2 месяца назад +2

      @@holyirishpotato9360 this is a great point. The Back to the Future reference definitely gives/gave a timeframe (especially in the novel), but I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole plot of Into the Pit was also at least partially inspired by it given how much of a sci-fi fan Scott is (especially since as far as I remember Back to the Future- and The Wizard of Oz specifically due to Oswald’s name- was the only film referenced by name in the original story. The Ghost Busters reference I’m pretty sure is game original)
      I know the Stitchwraith Stingers definitely specifically throw out the 30 years ago timeline, though admittedly not specifically in reference to 1985 or any other specified date that I remember. They just stated that the ball pit contained about 30 years of agony/bloodstains. And this would have been after Into the Pit since the restaurant was empty/abandoned by this point (which with the ending of the game would make even more sense with what happened to poor Jeff in it) and by the end of the Stingers is seemingly cleansed of Agony. I can’t quite remember if The ITP story itself gives us a specific timeframe but I reckon it’s not too terribly long before the Stitchwraith. Probably a few years at most

    Regarding wearing the security mask, you are not entering an AR world. In short, you are able to see past the illusions and move past them. Additionally, the chip that was installed into Cassie is also affecting her brain. So there may be things that she sees that is not real and she may be being influenced by the mimic.

  • @KirbyFan-h9y
    @KirbyFan-h9y 6 дней назад

    One thing I also think this game can be used for is confirming what point some of the animatronics existed in
    Balloon boy: since there’s a drawing of him next to the golden Freddy suit and the arcade machines this shows that he was created before the Fnaf 2 location. There’s also the fall fest 1983 with his mask existing.
    The mediocre melodies : in into the pit basement you can actually see Nedbear tie Orville’s wand and Mr. hippo‘s hat. secret of the mimic also seems to confirm that yes they do exist in the past
    Imo
    Funtime foxy/mangle: in the game, foxy’s is completely absent, but he still exists as the kids mentioned him. His sign says that he’s off sailing the seven seas
    I believe the reason why foxy is not active is because this is when the company begins to believe foxy is too scary for the kids and want to try to redesign him/ replace them
    thanks to the sketchbook. We know that the location is open for 2 months until at the very least August and maybe till September. That should be a good enough amount of time for foxy to be replaced.
    More evidence
    1. they’re not a part of the toy lineup is their name “Funtime foxy” not toy foxy funtime, and this name was given to them in world. If they were a part of the toy lineup it doesn’t make sense for them to not be called toy
    2. in curse of dreadbear they have their own mask with the other classics and BB
    3. Phone guy in his call makes it seem like foxy change happen away earlier than the other replacements.
    4. The Fnaf 2 location was only open for like 2 weeks and the employees already gave up on Funtime foxy
    5. Sl having its own fun time foxy who not only looks the same but also has the same name and even in the fourth closet straight up being able to become mangle
    6. In the teaser for Fnaf 2 Funtime foxy with a Hook is shown to be in a pirate Cove

    Fun Fact: ITP isn't the first time travel scene in FNaF
    Five Nights at Freddy's 3: The Minigames, primarily RXQ's, display a moment in the past that seemingly influence the future given that the entire ending changes depending on whether a few kids get their cakes or not.
    The ITP Ballpit realm is often called time travel IN MARKETING due to saying "A giant ballpit with the collective amalgamation of numerous victims' agony, memories, minds and spirits allowing for the, albeit imperfect and exaggerated, reconstruction of a week in 1985" would be far too confusing and likely too lore-heavy for a summary that should appease to even a random person scrolling onto the game. It still is time travel: IN EFFECT. It transports the main character to a time already gone, albeit it's simply a manifestation of that time.
    Now things like the paperpal appearing in modern day and the door breaking could be answered with "oh, Oswald existing caused it"...but that'd be wrong given the door. As such, it's more possible to say that this reality is "overlayed" onto real reality. This gets confusing, allow me to explain:
    ITP Realm can act like FNaF World or the minigames: a similar, yet inconsistent, reconstruction of a specific time or even that, when changed regardless of when, will alter the objects and entities changed at the same moment this change happens.
    E.G.: Yellow Rabbit smashes doors open and, at the same time, those doors get smashed open in modern time.
    I understand it's a little complex...but you all should realize there's literally fuck all evidence we have to explain this given the most fnaf has delved into time travel is, again, FNaF 3's vague minigames and FNaF World. Given this series has every sentient being passively leaking emotions into everything they go across to varying degrees and effects, I don't see why a possible explanation to time travel would just be "yeah he travels don't mind the paradoxes"

    The Fetch minigame is Greg. Also the hair is brown in the Minigame, it's bright and if it was black then it would be darker and Golden Freddy is just there to tell us that it is the same location as Follow me and can likely mean it's after it as Golden Freddy was the only one to still be intact.
    Also Fetch doesn't have to be after FNAF 6, just because Andrew came from Fetch doesn't mean he was there the whole time as when William exploded he spread his and Andrew's agony to a warehouse full of merchandise and that's where Andrew would be in Fetch, Andrew doesn't know much about himself because its just a piece of him. Fetch can easily just be a malfunctioning toy.

    hey, i have some thoughts on this theory. i think for the most part it’s pretty solid, but i have some thoughts on the andrew stuff. the game is outright telling us that golden freddy and Fetch are active at the same time, and also both have distinctly different reactions to our character. why would they show us this? I think that they are trying to convey that in the games timeline, andrew is not golden freddy or the vengeful spirit. a lot of the contradictions you bring up in this video only exist on the assumption that andrew is the vengeful spirit, but is it not more likely that they’re disproving that theory?

    This game likely isn't canon to the games.
    Scott has made multiple comments about how the books tie into the games, and at no point did concur the idea of them being the same story.
    I think the books are Scott's way of experimenting with the story and drafting up possible things that will fit into the canon.
    Same goes for the movie, the movie isn't canon to books, and the books aren't canon to the games.

    You ever watch Dragon Ball Z? It has these movies that don’t really fit into the main story at all. But it takes the ideas, characters, and concepts of the story especially of the current arc and uses them to make a little movie. I think that’s how Into the Pit is. It’s an encapsulation of a lot of the lore, concepts, and themes from the series, and it vaguely exists in that world and in that timeline but it’s not meant to fit perfectly. In the DBZ movies it will always be somewhere in that story, previous events will be referenced, but characters who died in those events will still be there because it wasn’t made to fit exactly.
    So I don’t think this game is meant to be a new step in the larger story of FNAF. I just don’t see it as that. It’s really its own story. What I see much more value in is seeing the story of FNAF, especially of the steel wool era, encapsulated in this game.
    Pit Bonnie is obviously very much like Glitchtrap. He’s a being of agony that continues the dark murders of Afton. This game is very much like Security Breach not only in gameplay but in story. Pit Bonnie is like Vanny, a reflection of the real killer seeking to repeat those original murders. He’s also connected to the missing kids and their memories as Glitchtrap is (CoD graves, HW2 memory plushes, etc.).
    We also get two very interesting connections to Help Wanted when we see Oswald and Oswald’s dad taken over and seemingly replaced by Pit Bonnie. This is very similar to what happened to Vanessa.
    There’s also the Freddy mask thing which is just weird to me, but again if we see this game as encapsulating the ideas of the modern series you can see this as a connection to HW2. The ones who started it all do have to confront their mistake and deal with it. Except with Oswald’s dad he never really confronts it. So yeah idk this just seems like a reference/reiteration of a plot point from HW2.
    FNAF has reiterated again and again that in order to defeat the agony of these tragedies you must remember the good and forget the bad. The happiest day is said by the logbook to be a memory of your happiest day. Jake and the other kids and Grim in Fazbear Frights rest when they remember their happiest day. You only win in this game by collecting the memories of your dad and emphasizing those memories and so dealing with your negative feelings towards your father that got you here in the first place. The 2 star ending involves you moving away from the area and Pit Bonnie ultimately coming back. You don’t say “I love you.” to your dad in that ending. Jeff never fixes up the place and so moves beyond the memory of Freddy’s. The difference between these is your commitment to completing the mini games and getting the stickers remembering what is good from Freddy’s. This leads to Jeff showing up and promising to fix up the place. The other mini games are all about setting up future games of the series hence the CU after the credits. The problem is only ever really solved when the good is remembered and the past is moved on from. People at the start of the game are complaining and talking about the memory of what happened all those years ago. Jeff’s at the end is new and exciting and so it’s moved beyond what happened. That’s why Jeff lives. Anyways, probably said this stuff a bit clunky, but if you think about it the whole game is about memory just like so much of FNAF (Mike moving on from the memory of his brother in the movie, Charlie moving on from the memory of her father in the novels, Andrew and all the ghosts moving on from their vengeance).
    And speaking of Andrew and vengeance, I think the story says some stuff about UCN and its place in the story. As you pointed out “Always Watching” is in the binary code, but what you didn’t mention is that one of the lines of Pit Bonnie is “I’ll make you suffer the way I suffered.” which sounds just like Andrew in the books. Pit Bonnie like Eleanor is a manifestation of Andrew’s agony. In FF epilogue 11 Jake talks about Eleanor as being just like Andrew but only his agony and nothing else. That’s Pit Bonnie. Perhaps it’s why the thing that defeats Pit Bonnie is actually the photo of William. The memory of Afton in the head of Andrew is Pit Bonnie, a literal monster. But the photo confuses this agony monster because it shows Afton as a human being, a monstrous terrible human being, but a human being nonetheless. Thus showing the need to move on from Afton. Don’t know, just thought of this interpretation now. What I think this could mean for the games is that Glitchtrap’s origin could be UCN. The vengeful spirit’s refusal to let go of Afton means that Afton comes back or at least the memory of Afton.

    Ok, first and foremost! I’m just sharing my *personal* opinions.
    I do think the ITP Game is within the Mainline continuity. But I feel like this game is starting a New Stitchline. Why? To end the toxic debate we have been in for about 3 years! (Don’t worry, we’ll get Jake, Andrew, Edwin, etc. after all)
    I lost my mind over the whole “What’s the ballpit?!” Shenanigans. I think it’s like the Flipside that’s contained with agony from not just MCI, but all of the tragedies. So I imagine Pittrap to contain the agony from UCN (If Afton hid in the ballpit but later taken out)
    I don’t really care who’s the 6th body in ITP. I’m not completely sold on Andrew *personally* but I don’t really care about who’s TOYSNHK. Why? I’m tired of the debate and this game made the debate even more worse. Technically, I don’t mind AndrewTOYSNHK or CassTOYSNGK.
    I *personally* think Charlie is that 6th kid. Cuz I rather argue that the MCI from ITP is inaccurate since it’s filled with agony.
    Before someone pulls a “Toy Chica High School cutscenes said there’s a 7th victim!!”, I don’t really take the “MCIHighSchool” theory tone literal. I see it as Scrap Baby doing killings post-SL; but hey, It’s fine if you disagree.
    Personally I’m not completely sold on Andrew from now on.
    Idk about ITP-Pre-2023 but I hear ShyCrow’s words: “What has more evidence makes less sense, what has small evidence makes more sense”. But Idk about the placement. Scraptrap is drawn on the notbook so I assume ITP is around 2032; ironically, it could explain why GGY is referenced (if the Steel Wool Era was around the 2030s)
    Now you’re making me think Jeff’s is Fredbear’s- but I want to poke a hole by saying MCI is in there, but I’m sure it’s inaccurate cuz of agony. Might change my mind for it to be “Jeff’s=Freddy’s1”
    And I feel like the secret minigames are a bit different from the actual stories. But I’m excited for the upcoming Fetch game. But since Golden Freddy is there and IF the Fetch minigame is post-FFPS, then what now?
    Well, these are my personal thoughts. If you disagree, feel free to. Pls don’t go after me for this. Btw, love the video

    Gibi's horror homestead
    Make a good argument that FNaF 3 takes place in 2015 and the Security Log book also points to the same date. With Michael directly telling you that you can find the current price of a 1985 coupon by doing some math on a different page and the price match with 2015 inflation rates.
    Now Gibi didn't know when FNaf 6 took place and said it could take place in 2023; I don't think so. Hry223 is commonly believed to mean Henry 2023. But one know one write the dates using the first digit and the last two. People always uses all four digits or the last two (XXXX or XX).
    I think it could be one of these two things. One it's Henry's 223 recording and it's to show how long he planned. Or two the one I lean more to is that it's a date like February 23.
    I always assumed FNaF 3 takes place near Halloween because horror attraction. And we see fall stuff in FNaF 6. So if Henry had his plans figured out in February that would give him enough time to get them done.
    Now would it be 2016 or 2017. 2016 would just be right after FNaF 3 and would make sense. But FNaF 6 did release in 2017 and FnaF 3 release in the year it takes place

    The only reason i would assume golden freddy to be there outside of its time, is its link with Andrew. In that minigame, Andrew could have been in fetch or as the protagonist. I thought the golden freddy was there because of the end of the new kid, where they found what we thought was Andrew's body. This also lines up with TOYSNHK being a golden freddy kid. Golden freddy could have been present because that was maybe where he died, (or springlocked, leading to being TOYSNHK)

    Yes, Andrew is more likely to be the 6th kid but him being the VS in UCN isn't possible. Golden Freddy is the one in control and Cassidy is shown in the logbook so it is definitely not Andrew. Also Andrew in the books says he doesn't know why he hates William while it's made obvious the Golden Freddy is aware and knows William has killed them.
    However Andrew is outright introduced to us the moment we know Jake is in the Stitchwraith. So since Jake is a parallel to CC the Andrew must have some relation to them if he is indeed in the games timeline.

    Into the mega pit

  • @DJBurns-jq8mn
    @DJBurns-jq8mn 3 месяца назад +1

    Ok so I feel the basic understanding is that if Stitchline is confirmed by Into the Pit then the relevant Frights stories need to be explained and i think i got it.
    *Into the Pit* has no evidence for being after FNAF 6 nor does some of the other Frights stories. Sure it's implied but the stories that are basically the origin of Stritchwraith itself ( *Fetch* and *The Real Jake* for example) have no concrete set date to happen. Theres nothing stopping some of the stories to take place long before Stitchwraith.
    Ones like Out of Stock, *1:35 A.M.* and *Step closer* obviously all happen after Stitchwraith as we know they collected the pieces of the animatronics and stuff.
    But the stuff like Eleanor creating the Plushtrap chaser (which we know that it existed for a while since people repeatedly kept sending it back to the store) and terrorising people in *1:35 am* , *Step Closer* , *Blackbird* and *Hide-and-Seek* don't need to be around the same time as Stitchwraith.
    I'm just saying there can be time jumps in between stories. Like:
    *Room for one more* obviously takes place before Sister Location which has SnackSpace from *Into the Pit* mentioned in it
    *Prankster* has Glitchtrap in it so its after Help Wanted was in development.
    *What We Found* is basically a retelling of FNAF 3
    *Room 1280* says William has been there for a long while after FNAF 6, all these are years apart from eachother so stories can happen at any point in the canon.
    So *Into the Pit* ,*Fetch* , *The Real Jake* and all the stories where Eleanor was involved with creating things like *To Be Beautiful* can happen years before FNAF 6.
    Eleanor and the Stitchwraith can do there own thing for a long while from when they are created
    And then the stories like *Room 1280* and everything we know the Stitchwraith is connected with can happen after FNAF 6.
    If Into the Pit is indeed canon to the games then it can make sense when you consider there is a gap in time between the stories.
    This explains how and why we see *Fetch* , *To Be Beautiful* and *Count the Ways* can be in the game, because they happen before Oswald goes in the pit.
    *Here's addressing some possible contradictions:*
    The Easter eggs are not canon as the developers said and the Stitchwraith can appear in Oswald's window because they do exist at that time.
    I know you guys will say no because Andrew went into Fetch after William exploded in the factory but his spirit was split across many things when that happened and nothing really says Andrew was in Fetch during *Fetch* and could easily of latched to Fetch as it would of had agony from being beaten up like what happened to the Mimic. Fetch can just be a faulty product, it may be a lame answer but not everything can be great (Fazgoo and Springtrap pregnancy anyone).
    Eleanor is still a mystery but if she is indeed and agony creature created after either Elizabeth’s death, the agony collected from the kids William experiments with in his bunker (my personal belief) or just is Shadow Freddy like people have theorised before, nothing is stopping her from existing for a long time until we see her in the Stitchwraith stingers.
    What do you all think?

    12:09 Well unless 2015 FNAF 3 get proven true. There still is some evidence that point to it in more reason years, if you call the last 5 years the reason years, but the logbook, FNAF AR and FNAF SB have some date hint that could work if FNAF 3 and PS happen sooner then we imagine.
    Edit: I’m updated this but it was 2017, 30 years after the last closing we knew at the time as FNAF 1 location never closedown, the Article were about the reason why the 83 location failure. FNAF 1 was a success and that why we never got FNAF 3 date right. FNAF 3 took place 2017. Phone guy proving use one thing and that despite the place being run down in FNAF 1 it was being back the franchise.

      @Sonicmid 30 years after what, the opening, the incident, closing 1, closing 2 or closing 3. To me it’s still can be any of those, but for Real Value go to the FNAF security logbook, or the 40 years anniversary for the missing kids, or the fact that Vanessa in her mid 20s had 97 on her email, more things are pushing FNAF SB to take place in the 2020s, FNAF 3 feel less and less likely to be in the 2020s and be that close to SB, and when it comes down to it Scott old line was made when that game was through as the finally.

    Way too much assuming this is canon to the games storyline 😅 It’s not. The books are their own canon with a few shared ideas! Andrew from the books IS NOT in the games. There’s not 7 kids..only 6 with the missing 5 snd charlie, none of the actual canon games state there’s 6 (there’s no reason for him to retcon the amount anyways). And way too much assuming easter eggs are more than easter eggs..
    This game is just a game version of the book Into the Pit! It might expand the lore of the books..as the books have their own lore plotline (the stitchwraith story). It may have a few connections to the games story but exactly is connected is unknown.

    what if William Afton actually never killed anyone, what if it was never him to begin with, what if from the very start, its an actual monster, that inhabits Afton, just like Oswalds dad, no one can tell the difference

    • @CottonArsonist
      @CottonArsonist 2 месяца назад +2

      I mean
      From a writing sense, having the real monster be just beneath the slightly-disturbing yellow rabbit costume seems to be a perfect allegory for explaining: William is a complete monster with or without the suit.
      Plus, it's quite clear in all forms of media that William's just a child killer.

    • @justice8718
      @justice8718 2 месяца назад +1

      You’re getting there…
      But I want you to remember fnaf2.
      Foxy go go go establishes that the human killer didn’t bother with using suits (notice that he lacks the white eyes of William sprites). And foxy likely got infamy and a destroyed reputation for being tied to that incident.
      Fnaf3 establishes that Spring Bonnie was too dangerous to be worn and no employees were allowed to ever wear it because it was that bad. Meaning, that if the suit moved in the fnaf 3 phone calls with no employees going inside of it, it was already possessed and was the main hazard that caused the safe rooms to have increase restrictions and safety protocols, till they locked up the safe rooms like they’re makeshift prisons.
      Meaning…. There was no human killer in a suit. There was a human killer and a rabbit suit that killed people. Considering that fun with Plushtrap is about shutting spring Bonnie down in the dark, and is made by William Afton to be a manufactured and replicated nightmare (as the bedroom is replicating fnaf1), William had to survive from Springtrap.

    • @justice8718
      @justice8718 2 месяца назад

      @CottonArsonist
      William feels a lot more powerless and strange in the games and the books outside of Charlie novels.
      It feels like a trap simply because we know that SoringBonnie is too dangerous for anyone to wear in fnaf3, with the dangers of the costume being implied for those that simply stay in the room for some weird reason. It’s weird that no one ever suggested it was always alive. .
