Can Passion UA make a run at the major? What’s do you all think? The Acer Nitro V 15 Gaming Laptop with an Intel Core i9-13900H Processor, on sale now, only on Amazon: thesco.re/4hWAYy1
Upsets and underdog stories are some of the greatest moments in any sport. Maybe I'll be wrong but I think this new system is going to be really detrimental to new emerging and young rosters, just seems to help the big orgs.
that is why CS is better than league, because some nobody can get some chance in big stage instead of these sandbagging franchising team wasting everyone's time
The fact that this is the last time this can happen is sad for the scene. Not a big fan of the new system, unfair to new players and orgless teams or teams where orgs aren't bottomless money pits.
This just seems like greedy money wall so standing pros can hide behind it and not face maybe new unknown Donk/AleksiB/Jambo etc...this rules are ridicolous. Tournaments bring more people in if there is some underdog team that just popped up and started demolishing everyone around them. "this will help level the ground" = "we wont allow our professional orgs to lose spots(money) because they got kicked out by some new kids that are insane and dont have millions worth org"
I understand what Valve were trying to do with the new system, ending all these partner leagues theoretically could give more teams to earn their way based on merit. However, by beginning the VRS this year and letting all these partner leagues influence the ranking going forward, they instead mostly just screw the Passion UA's of the world. I mean, even after that RMR performance, they are ranked below Navi's women's team that doesn't even compete in the same circuit... With a ton of open qualifiers just ceasing to exist, how is a tier 2 team ever meant to take the next step?
Nothing in the title to explain what happened, what you're talking about or which game you're talking about. Nearly four minutes in until you show footage of counter strike. No mention of the game in question by name until 6:20 lol. I still don't know what an "arrmarr" is. Doubt I'll find out here. Would it kill you guys to mention what the subject is at the start?
Lol 2 of your 5 comments on this channel are complaining about not knowing what’s going on 😂. A RMR or as you put it arrmarr is the “regional major ranking” essentially a qualifier for a counter strike major tournament . 2 majors are held every year and are defacto world championships.
@@valentesolis9212Thanks for that. My complaints are because they never explain even basic things. The sentence "Something amazing just happened in the Counter Strike major qualifier, and we may never see it's like again" isn't that hard to come up with.
And you are just flat out wrong, 2 mins in (including the sponsor) or 40 seconds in without the sponsor he says "So the RMR has completed and we now have the 24 teams who will be competing for the Shanghai Major title, capping of this year of CS2."
@@LukaPlaysGamesFTW Ah, my bad, must have missed that brief, one second mention when doing the 10 second skips over the advert. So to recap, it took them TWO MINUTES to mention what the hell they're talking about, when a single, five second sentence at the start would have fixed it. Thanks.

I dont like the removal of RMR - Literally just made it harder to have a CS team, no possibility to go to the biggest tournaments and prove yourself
The amount of times the score has said “this team has pulled off the unthinkable” I’m starting to suspect the score is just bad at thinking.

Bad decision by valve. I had tons of fun watching passion ua and drillas' rmr adventures. Stories like these are what keep pro cs interesting
