1984 359 Peterbilt. Totally restored and customized. One of a kind.

The body has been dropped 4 inches and the front suspension has been lowered 4 inches. The addition of air bags assists in smoothing out any rough road conditions. The truck has not been altered during restoration so as to prevent it from regular usage in hauling. There have been only 600 miles since the restoration.
ENGINE: NTC 400 CUMMINS Out of frame rebuild with original Cummins parts only. Rods re-brushed, resized and magna-fluxed. New bearings throughout, all new seals and gaskets. Rebuilt heads with low press fit liners.
New radiator with additional fins and cores.
New AC grill denser, system charged with 134 refrigerant.
Four electric pusher fans before the radiator on thermatic and/or manual controls.
Hydraulic Hood assist
Under hood air cleaner system.
Engine lubrication provided by Swepco 15/40
ALL fluids recently changed.
TRANSMISSION
13 Speed Fuller, less than 4000 miles on trans.
Transmission lubrication provided by Swepco 80/90.
DIFFERENTIALS
40,000LB. Eaton 390 ratio rebuilt with new seals and bearing shoes. Axle spread is 54 inches. Wheel base is 255 inches. Lubrication is provided by a Swepco 80/90
WHEELS
Six new Alcoas round hole 24.5. Rubber is at 80%.
THE SLEEPER
Completely new exterior with lower outer framing. The roof is original. There is new carpet throughout. Stainless steel lower sleeper extensions.
THE TOOL BOXES
The passenger side contains hood hydraulics and ample room.
The driver side contains 4 BRAND NEW 12 volt batteries.
FUEL TANKS
New and polished 200 Imperial gallon on each side with brand new sending units.
REAR FENDERS
Stainless steel, half round on all 4.
REAR MUD FLAP HANGERS
Stainless steel with 3-in-a-row tail lights with side markers. Stainless steel center light bracket.
DECKING
1/4 inch all aluminum deck plate.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
Stainless steel , 6 inch from the turbo elbow to 8 inch stainless steel upper rear exhaust pipes with no mufflers.
