It's so AWESOME that this company is following through and adding MUCH NEEDED diversity to the Vocal Synth line-up. Srsly, I'm sure Synth V has technically been CAPABLE of supporting a vocalist with a strong low range like this, however until now we haven't seen any company actually produce a voice like that. AHS for instance has made like, what now, 6 "Cute Girl" type voices?? I think all the companies producing synth voices rn have been focusing on the middle and upper range, but neglecting the low end.
Notice also how after SOLARIA more mezzo-soprano voicebanks were made 👀 so maybe after this we'll get more bass voices!!!
Asterian And Solaria are the most realistic synthetic voices to come to surface . Epic

That's what I was thinking. You don't really hear Bass vocalists in modern forms of music genres except for country music and acapella groups. Hopefully, the vocal synth community can obliterate that idea. If there's one thing that vocal synth producers are very good at, it's being experimental. Especially, indie ones since record companies often hold people back to keep their profits safe.

I will always predicted that there is gonna be a male counterpart, and for him to be a moon god is a pretty good fit. And his voice is pretty powerful as well. I thought it was gonna be like "Lunar" or something. So what dose Asterian mean ?
My best bet would be his name is based on the Latin word for stars, "Astra".

I'm really glad they have a vocal mode specifically for theatrics. That was one of the first things I was thinking of that would fit perfectly with Asterian. His voice is very similar as Russell Crowe's portrayal of Javert from the Musical "Les Misérables."

Totally fucking blown away by this software. What's going on now with AI is fucking nuts. I'd still rather work with an actual singer, but this is crazy in a great way.
hmmmm.... i'd be intersted to hear a more pop centered usage of his completed database going up to release because at the moment i'm not entirely sure he'd be suited to my much more electropop/trance production style from the demos so far. he sounded great in if you are an echo but then again, like solaria his completed product sounds pretty different than the beta.

Sorry, but it seems that the vocal has nothing to do with the track. Asterian is astonishingly realistic, but it does not suit at all with the mood of this track. I will probably end up in buying it but for now it seems not so suited for aggressive tracks in metal and rock style. hope to change my mind...
I'm gonna be real with you, this demo kinda flops. His voice sounds good but really out of place, and the lyrics are all over the place... It has good production tho.
To sum up this song doesn't fit with his voice.
Honestly, the melody and instrumental clash with each other so bad. And also the vocals sound really bland, like they've not been mixed properly. But still, I love his voice. The previous demo with nostraightanswer was perfect for him
