I know I will not be believed but here it goes ... Mr. Gates is making accusations, asking professionals not to follow the rules, and generally casting unsubstantiated theories. You should listen to Mr. Garland's response to Mr. Gates questions that followed. After Mr. Gates' time was up the next congressman gave Mr. Garland time to respond. Mr. Garland did respond, and he made a lot of sense. I ran across this quote by Bertrand Russell, when asked how fascism starts he said, First they fasciante the fools. Then muzzle the intelligent. I think Mr. Garland was trying to do both at the same time. Basically, he said a bunch of angry unsupported things (fascinate the fools) and at the same time tried to cast doubt on and intelligent man.
