Ingredients for a 20cm mold, sides height 5-6cm
boiled brisket - 300g
fried champignon mushrooms - 300g (raw 450-500)
sour cream 20% - 200 g (you can use cream from 20%) the taste is more delicate with cream
egg - 4 pcs
suluguni - 200 g
vegetable seasoning, nutmeg, dry garlic, optional salt, be careful with the nutmeg, don’t overdo it!
For the test
butter -150 g
flour - 300
water -40-50 ml (look at the consistency, the dough should not be very dense but not very soft either)
salt or vegetable seasoning -5-7 grams (it all depends on the salt concentration)
Bake at a temperature of 175-180 degrees for about 3-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
