  • Pandemic lockdowns in 2022 got the gyms closed so can't hit the sauna and get those heat shock proteins... Solution is to buy a Russian sauna tent for $1300 CAD or so and stay hot and healthy at home. Shipping to Toronto was fast, maybe 5 days at most.
Will post the setup videos at some point.

Hey great review. 2 questions: 1. What would define as “better stones”
    2. What type of wood does best?

      1. The larger sauna stones are better as they absorb more water and dissipate slower.
      2. For burning, probably doesn't make too much of a difference which wood you use. As long as you combine smaller starter pieces with the bigger blocks that really get the fire going.

I'd buy the floor attachment for the sauna, it goes on with Velcro so you're not standing on the snow / dirt. But you could put down a tarp or something just keep it far enough away from the stove.

@@plafayette I whant to know if the stove will start melting the snow under and I need to insulate somehow for avoiding the sinking of the stowe în snow.Tx

How is the tent holding up thinking about getting one to review

It’s pretty durable, it actually got frozen to the ground cause I left it in freezing rain. Had to wait for it to thaw out. Still in solid shape. I’d recommend the floor attachment for the tent to make it more comfortable.
