Hi Brandon that is nice looking machine love the color you chose glad you got your main channel back and it is nice to see you more relaxed not stressed out sending a prayer of good health, love , happiness and may God bless all of you , your Canadian friend Kevin
Hey Congratulation on your purchase. My wife and I bought a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 new in 2021. Thete really hadn't been a dull moment around the house scenes. We live in rural Ohio. My advice to you is plate it. You put a License Plate on that you wont be harrassed anywhere. Even in some towns. We put turn signals on as well. We ride it everywhere. We have almost 800 miles on it and have been off road once. Hope you got the split windshield. Bit warm in the summer. They do make a kit to take the heat off the front seat but not the back seats. Really no complaints from anyone. Have fun!!!!
Thank you! I absolutely love mine at first I was a little nervous spending what I did to buy one but oh man has it paid for its self!!! I do alot of equipment recovery and the Pioneer has been awsome for getting my tow ropes and rigging out to whatever is stuck! I have it registered here in Indiana and so far I haven't had any issues driving it around and we go all over our area with it we drive it around almost nightly I've got almost 1000 miles on it already lol I should have got the split windshield I got the solid one it would be nice to have the air flow....thanks for watching!
Congrats! You will love this machine. It’s truly a do all machine! I’ve owned several brands and the pioneer is the best I’ve seen for work and riding both. 👍👍👍
We use one to drag jet skis off the beach daily up a very step hill. It’s a very impressive machine and handles the work well and salt air from the Florida sunny beaches.
I started out on a Honda 90 ....good bikes! but i switched to Yammaha over the years and most recently the RMAX wolverine 1000 easy on the back chasing cattle. Good looking purchase i am sure you will enjoy.
Very nice Honda. I like that it has the work bed and can be turned into seats if needed. Some of those UTVs are just too big. That thing looks perfect for riding around at shows. We’re still running Big Red 250ES over here lol.
Just a tip for the rear seats , we put a boat cushion on top of the seat it helps from keeping the belt latches from digging into your sides; also gets you up taller an helps stretch your legs. I also second riding in Norther Michigan, specifically the U.P. I run out of Grand Marais
I have a pioneer 1000 5 seater I love it . But I do recommend another battery because if you add a accessories the transmission has enough battery to shift .
I'm glad you had two channels now and I hope I can see Wilton little bit more and Dad strength and keep up the good job and I'm glad you got your channel back
wow that must have set you back a bit of cash! those are a amazing versatile piece of equipment. pulls good and are able to go in all types of conditions. cannot wait to see it out of the trails.
Not really to bad I got a 5 year loan and I'll most likely just pay it off early now like my John Deere 1025R when I purchased that it the interest rate was so and it had such a good insurance policy through Deere that I let it go the full 5 years I could have payed it off several times but it just didn't make sense to loose the insurance
@Unintentional Failure yes only fools with their money do not look at the costs. you save and then buy, paying over time costs 2x or 3x the value of the original purchase price. by the time you are done, it has little or no value and you are looking for a new one to buy. if insurance is included, then you need to see if the combination is less costly then paying it off fast, that it might even save you money over time. you have to evaluate the amounts involved, and evaluate the best value over time.
I found a nice 1998 Toyota Tacoma that I picked up for 3K that has AC/heat. Doors and roll up windows that will go anywhere that 30K Honda will go. It will haul more and pull more as well.
I agree 100%, these vehicles are perfect for doing nature tours, with seating for the tourists and their back packs in the bed. Weather permitting! For the farm it should have front and rear 3pt, maybe midmount mower, just looks like a tougher version of a golf cart. The Tacoma with a Honda four trax, would be more practical I'll wait for the HF version.
Brandon, we went past your farm today. Had lunch at Richards cafe after my Uncles funeral in North Judson. There’s no place in N/J to eat . Took a ride through the area and saw your crane. That looks like a fun toy, but I think I’d prefer my old Jeep.
O man I bought mine almost a year ago this April 15 I think, its been great only thing is the cold she don’t like the cold starts at all I got the 2022 deluxe I have a two batteries windshield hard roof fabric back window and upper doors for it a winch and a LED bar and of corse sip lights lol they look cool driving around on the ice o and I have Diamond style studded chains for it it doesn’t get stuck unless you bottom out in snow and nothing to winch too lol!! It’s the cold that’s my only complaint o and the seat belt buckle DONT JUMP in fast AAAHHH you can just imagine lol not fun
Looks like a nice machine. We had no luck with our Honda Big Red. After the second time it ate a cam we got rid of it and bought a second Kubota RTV diesel.
@@dirtgrainsteel I Completely agree. 65 is more than enough. I have a 2 seater YXZ1000R with a growing family. I'll probably buy this instead of spending $40k plus on a 4 seat Can Am or Polaris. I do question how it will do in the Sand Dunes 🤔 Preferbly Glamis out in Brawley, California. Have you taken this in the dunes?
@anythingadrenaline4515 well I can tell you these Hondas are tough my buddy Zac just went to west Virginia with his 4 seat Honda Talon and rode a few hundred miles of trails with no mechanical problems.....I have no sand dunes to be able to give you answer on that but I did have the pioneer out in very soft freshly plowed ground and power was not a issue so I think it will be perfectly fine on the dunes with the proper tires
You dont have to justify the purchase, its your money and you worked hard for it! Come to northern Michigan all kinds of trails to ride these things.
Thank you for sharing
You'll have many years of fun and enjoyment with this purchase.
🤗🏆🇺🇲🙏

Nice purchase. The honda side by side are awesome. We have a 700 at our farm and love it. Enjoy your side by side.

Nice new addition to the farm and fun. It will definitely be interesting to see if it holds up to the dirt grain and steel life
Thank you!....yes it's going be fun to use and see how it holds up!

They're really handy. The wife and I bought a JD and fought over who needed it more and finally bought a second one.
The Gators are good we have had a 825i for along time!!
Nice rig. I love it.
Cool new toy great video thanks Brandon
Awesome I’ve got a2016 model 6500 miles love it no regrets
Great to hear!
You need to take Wilson out for a ride! Great machine buddy!
He will probably ride!!! Thank you!

He's been all over it lol

I really love this sxs.
Some odd reason if you ever end up in Andover ny bring it with there’s a pretty nice ATV park there tall pines
Dude very nice. We will have to go riding sometime. West virgina is a must
First time you follow someone in the dust or ride in a cold wind, you will install a windshield, love my pioneer
Great!
Comment for Mr. Al G. O'Rithm.
do you have to use the paddle shifters in sport mode?
want to see some d8 action plenty 4/4 already out there have 3 myself only no d8 ran one a lot
It's coming might be a few days yet
The Honda Pioneer also came equipped with an optional Wilson 🐈⬛😂
I have them same exact sxs! I’ve been looking for a roof. Where did you order it from?
I went with the OEM Honda roof I'm very pleased with how it fit I was told by several others to stick with the Honda roof and I can see why
I can’t find one. Do you know where you ordered it? When I go to Honda and put in sxs info it says no items available?
@joeyharrsn4 I went through my Honda Dealer they ordered it for me I haven't tried to source one anywhere else
Ok thank you very much
When is the 2023 Plow day and where is it ?
Fantastic investment
It's definitely going to save me alot of time
What does this cost, if you
don't mind. Thanks 👍
Yo introduce us to that kitty cat
Wilson appers in alot of shop work videos lol
Looks like a nice machine. We had no luck with our Honda Big Red. After the second time it ate a cam we got rid of it and bought a second Kubota RTV diesel.
With heat air conditioning way better
Nice video! Are you still having plow day?
Thank you!....we are going to try but I haven't gotten to excited about it because this weather just isn't looking to good
I don't suppose that it comes with a spare wheel to deal with issues especially punctures?
It did not but I'll probably get a spare or carry a good repair kit with us
How fast can this go?
65mph it's electronically limited after that but 65 is plenty lol
@@dirtgrainsteel I Completely agree. 65 is more than enough.

when you climb inside the side by side & talk out the windshield your audio drops down to a whisper. it’s really hard to hear
Yeah I noticed that I'm sorry about that
Cat approves! 🍺
There's some comments out there elsewhere this rides and feels "top-heavy". Is that true?
I felt it's pretty darn stable I'm happy with it
It's not GREEN------?????
Lol not everything around here is green....hey it's Orange so it matches the stripes on the Gleaners
Can't believe you didn't get a Gator!
Gators are getting very expensive!
Hello,Are you interested in testing products? We would like to invite you to test the soft roof for your Honda Pioneer 1000-5
Well I already have a roof but would be interested in some other accessories if available
@@dirtgrainsteel thanks for your reply.
@@dirtgrainsteelHello,We would like to invite you to test the front windshield for your Honda Pioneer 1000-5
Too much jibber Jabber to make Honda happy.
Just wondering why you didn't buy the Kubota with heat AC way better for plowing and no carburetor I find a Kubota diesel weigh more reliable
