How'd I miss this when it came out? This is such a coherent tutorial! Very clear and concise, tasteful music, and very informative! Even though I don't have an e46 (yet 😁) I thoroughly enjoyed it!
The videos and editing are so clean and also the e46 is in great cosmetic shape I could watch both over and over; really good price too , recently came across a 2004 325i going for 6000cad just waiting to get the funds, great vids, definitely subscribing :))
I would recommend a strut bar up front and to glue and rivet subframe reinforcement plates in the rear to prevent any tearing/mushrooming in the rear body and front strut towers.
Is this just racing suspension or street as well? Looking for some new suspension for my daily e46 wagon. Was looking at these compared to the ST coilovers! Awesome video btw and will definitely be using the discount code!
What are the specs on the coilovers that you got and would you recommend that spec? Also did you have the order the end links separately on the website or did they come with them?
No, not necessarily but helpful. If you need Condor products for your car. Head over to jspeedracing.com and check out our selection. We offer the full rear subframe reinforcement plates and bushings.
Look how rusted the hub is on that. No wonder the wheels get stuck. Hit that thing with a wire wheel and it won’t get stuck anymore. And if you want you can put a little anti cease on it or little dab of grease to stope the rusting.
@@jspeedracing it’s what I used to do when I worked at a shop and had hubs that got stuck. The same cars would come back and the wheels would be so much easier to take off.
BC Racing coilovers are budget cheap quality coilovers. trust me, I was on the fence on getting them, but decided to save up more and got the KW V3. Sooooo much better, stainless housing, amazing quality.
Thanks for the insight brother. For our budget cars, we like BC. But I totally understand for like a fancy track build go with high end. Thanks for watching :)
@@jspeedracing It’s a hex/allen slot. You can’t get a torque wrench on the nut while holding the stud. I hate leaving it up to feel especially when it’s in a weird angle, only one hand on a short wrench, and it’s a suspension component. I just tightened all of them as tight as my skinny arms could do it and hoping for the best. How exactly did you do it?
@e06m it’s true. Not going to argue that. But there’s nothing else out there that gets as much power gains over factory power, from a tune and downpipe, than a MK7 GTI, so 🤷♂️

Really like the "How To" Videos please make a lot more
TimursYT For sure man 👌🔥
I'm on my 2nd set of BC on my E46. GREAT STUFF!
Oh we love them.

Hey Kim, thanks! We did reinforce the rear end. And actually just got front reinforcements in yesterday haha so another video coming soon.
Good stuff guys
Well done Andy, looks good 👍
Thanks BK! youre my dad
Andy looked like he was having a tantrum getting the wheel off lol
hahaha he always looks like that lol jk.
Very nice shocks guys. For drifting the BC's are the best in the market, I think. Dutch regards, Nico.
Thanks Nico, cant go wrong with the proven BC's. We really like them!
Could you do a vod on installing the camber plates?

This is both! BC is a great coilover. Especially for the money. Not sponsored either lol.
How come you have pre facelift headlughts with facelift corner lights
you’re not using reinforcement plates?? i thought you needed those
Love a 330 e46. Nice car man
Thanks man!
Nice work all day bro
Thanks brother ❤️
Hey is it required to torque under load if the car sits too low?
Great vid! How do these ride? Want to get some for my e46 zhp.
Alex Perrucci they are great. We love BC. Little stiffer than stock but great coilovers
Hello, how many millimeters is the suspension rod you use?
Are these the coil overs for the M3 kit or the sedan kit? Those are the only two I see and I’m unsure which to get.
Not the M3.
Are these the regular bc’s? Or extreme low’s? And can you go lower in the front?
Georges Mbyd hey man. Ya just off the shelf BC’s. Yes, you can slam it if you want haha
Front needs a little more low but other wise it looks good
What are the specs on the coilovers that you got and would you recommend that spec? Also did you have the order the end links separately on the website or did they come with them?
Off the shelf BC Racing BR's. end links came with.
@@jspeedracing appreciate the response, I’ll cop mine soon hopefully 🙏
What spring rate would you recommend?
We just got the off the shelf ones
are the new sway bar links necessary to put the BCs in ?
No, not necessarily but helpful. If you need Condor products for your car. Head over to jspeedracing.com and check out our selection. We offer the full rear subframe reinforcement plates and bushings.
@@jspeedracing that was very helpful thank you !
What spring rate did you get? 8kg & 8kg ?
Ya whatever is off the shelf. I thinks it 8kg and 10kg but double check their site
Could I do this on my xi model?
yes, make sure they are the correct bc's
Iike your video from Cambodia
Thank you for the support :)

got some nice fresh headlights too eh! im gonna get some for my e46 soon.
Fresh headlights are a must!
how in the actual fuck are you supposed to torque down the front sway bar link?
Use a torx to hold the middle

Didn’t show connecting the sway bar smh
sorry :)
I had Status Gruppe coilovers on my E46 M3. Incredible! I have BC Racing BR’s on my MK7 GTI, and they are horrific. BC is junk

People don’t ruin your stock suspension with coil overs
Chelsea Denofa probably had the m3 spring rates!!
Yes, we need that chelsea spec lol
You guys jumped a lot of front steps
Please inform
Shouldn't be kicking the tyres out like this.
