Yeah, "exec-produced" by Kevin Smith, though Smith has said his biggest role was reading the script and giving it to Miramax who bought it and got the ball rolling. Damon and Affleck even asked him to direct, to which he said, NO WAY; it has to be directed by a MASTER director. Robin easily should've won the Oscar for FISHER KING (his best lead performance in my opinion), but GOOD WILL HUNTING definitely gave him some great speeches (and him deciding to do the movie was what got it made in the first place)

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are actually from Boston and that’s why their accents are so perfect. They wrote this when they were so young. They both actually brought their moms to the academy awards. They won an Oscar for best original screen play.
Patch Adams, The Dead Poets Society and Good Morning Vietnam are Robin Williams' greatest movies. You should definitely check those out as well. The great thing about Robin is his ability to go from gut splitting comedy, to heart breaking drama in an instant. Nobody has ever done that better.

Yup, this was one of the first dates for my wife and I in ‘97, we absolutely loved it. The other Robin Williams movie that is a must see is Dead Poet’s Society. Just showed it to my daughter today and she was bawling at the end.
How have you missed out on the great Matt Damon. The Bourne Trilogy, Elysium, The Talented Mr Ripley, The Martian, The Departed. All of which are fantastic films.
For me, this is one of the best films I’ve seen. Every single character is played to perfection and the writing is excellent. As you said, Robin Williams is brilliant at delivering those heart felt lines with deep meaning. Even though I’ve seen this film many times, it still makes me emotional, when he finally breaks down the wall. This film deserved ever Oscar that it won.
I work in this field. The final emotional scene is called Transference. It's very risky but if done right...one of the most powerful healing tools in the therapist toolbox. Robin does it perfectly. The establishment of trust in his first encounter lays the foundation
This movie is so good! Robin Williams is fantastic in it! You absolutely must add "The Dead Poet's Society" to your watch list. Robin is amazing in it as well. In fact, that movie is on a whole other level. Don't miss it.
The girl, Minnie Driver, was in another comedy/drama with Jon Cusack called "Grosse Point Blank". I highly recommend it. Cusack plays a hitman who goes back to his hometown for his high school reunion. Driver is the girl he left behind. Dan Ackroyd has a part in it too as another hitman.
One of the best movies ever written. By two actors who were really nobodies when this came out. Robin is absolutely amazing, but so are Matt Damon and Ben Afleck. The whole cast is really incredible and the story is truly inspirational.
Agreed. EVERYONE in this movie is great. Someone said in comments on a YT short of the bar scene where Will destroys the stuck up guy that his posse is a study of exactly how background actors should act. Their body language and facial expressions helped make that scene. I had to agree.
@@x_mau9355 Inspirational for anyone who lets past baggage hold them back from going for something better in life. Inspirational for anyone who's afraid to take chances. Inspirational for someone who needs emotional healing. Inspirational for someone trying to make a dream come true if by "story" the OP means the story of Damon and Affleck getting this movie made.
@@x_mau9355you missed the point of the movie. It’s not about genius diamonds in the rough …it’s about not being afraid of taking risks. And this can apply to anyone. That’s exactly why Affleck tells him “you’re sitting on a winning lottery ticket and you’re too much of a pussy to cash it in.” Damon merges that thought process with what he gained from Williams and takes the risk, not to go find a job, he knows he can get any job he wanted…but to find a true companion and true happiness.
Robin Williams is possibly the greatest talent of all time. Hook, awakenings, good morning Vietnam , fisher king, Aladdin the list goes on and on and on.
Jim Carrey actually surpassed Robin Williams. Carrey can do physical things that no one else can do, not even Robin Williams. Carrey is literally made of rubber
This is one of my all time favorite movies. The scene with Robin Williams talking about his wife farting in her sleep was completely made up on the spot by Robin, so their laughter was absolutely genuine. Absolute masterpiece of a movie.
It’s great that you’re watching this as a teacher, Ben and Matt went to my alternative high school and also gave credit to our English teacher for fostering and encouraging creativity. Robin Williams was great in this but he never really did get the Boston accent down but the back and forth i between the guys is totally accurate☺️
Ben and Matt are best friends in real life and no acting writing experience and no one take them seriously so they wrote their own parts in movie script. As very young and first timers and non pro they found Gus Vanzant to do their movie and they got Robin Williams who did part basically free as he was a well paid star. So Robin added or changed a couple lines and made the role his own. They all won Nominations at Oscar night including Robin best support actor award the script win the director and Matt and Ben big win for two young unknowns.. Btw The kid Ben was picking on played his brother in movie and in real life Casey Affleck is Ben's real brother and started all 3 careers. Was Great movie. I was always huge Robin Williams fan. RIP Robin.
Robin Williams was so special, as was his close friend Christopher Reeve. Hoping they've reconnected in their passing and they're enjoying peace together somewhere ❤️🙏
The Harvard Bar scene actually inspired me to read a bunch of the books that were mentioned. This is such a fantastic movie on so many levels. Great reaction.
Nothing breaks my heart in the best of ways when Ben Affleck was telling him he'd kill him if he'd stay and let his talents go to waste. That is the most true definition of a friend and brother if I ever heard of one. The laughter between Robin Williams and Matt Damon was so genuine and real that if you rewatch it the camera shakes because the cameraman was laughing too lmao. And William's quote: "S.O.B., he stole my line." That was ad-libbed🤯
You’ve heard Danny Elfman’s scores in Edward Scissorhands and Beetlejuice. Most of Tim Burton’s movies are scored by him. If you’ve seen The Nightmare Before Christmas, aside from scoring the movie, he’s Jack Skellington’s singing voice. And you’ve heard his music as the lead singer of Oingo Boingo.
And he’s been married to Bridget Fonda since 2003, and his neice (through marriage) is Jenna Elfman from tv’s “Dharma & Greg” as well as “The Walking Dead.”
In this scene, several who react to this movie say that in 7:21, but the student would have to prove how he did the theorem, it would be no use for someone to lie.
3:59 Ben Affleck was Matt Murdock in Daredevil. Today, Daredevil is a big part of the MCU- which you guys need to watch - all 40 movies and 20 tv shows. They get great views on RUclips for reactors. Ben Affleck is also the most recent DCEU Batman- most recently played him in The Flash-- which bombed as all DCEU movies do. 8:58 "This kid..." THAT kid is Casey Affleck, Ben's brother -who is ALSO an Academy Award winner for Best Actor in 'Manchester By the Sea.' He also won just about every Best Actor award that year. He also got nominated for Best Supporting Actor for The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.
The whole improv scene where Robin Williams was talking about his wife waking up the dog had me absolutely losing it. It's such an amazing film, with solid performances all around. It's one I have to go back to from time to time, just to enjoy really great filmmaking.
Then there's the point where he moves on, seamlessly, from the highest high of joyous laughter to laying out a series of events you know ripped his soul apart. But you can see he's holding onto that joy. The whole film is artistry. I doubt anyone who didn't already know it was a script by first-time writers, would believe it.
One of the best movies, written by those two guys from here in Boston when they were still basically kids. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck made us proud! They were best friends so the acting of the friendship was just them being them.
I’ve said it already, a great Matt Damon movie Ford vs. Ferrari: cars, father son relationship, couple interaction , male friends, something for everyone, a wife encouraging her man. You’ll both like it. I promise.
When Robin Williams passed away, the two main public locations that I heard of were fans left tons of flowers, was won the Mrs. Doubtfire house in San Francisco, and the second one was the bench where they had that scene in goodwill hunting. Tons and tons of flowers were left by fans mourning the death of Robin Williams. This was a very special film, and the one he got an Oscar for. I haven’t watched it in a while and upon watching your reaction. It just reminded me of what a wonderful movie this is. Love your reaction as always. Thank you.
That Well written monologues were written by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck and that’s why they both won the Oscar for best original screenplay while they were in their twenties . And the perfect delivery by Robin Williams is why he won the Best supporting Actor
You guys are gonna love this and you’re gonna want more Matt Damon! All of the Bourne series are awesome, Courage Under Fire with Denzel Washington and Meg Ryan is amazing, The Departed with Leonardo DiCaprio and Jack Nicholson is also great, and he has a small role in Interstellar with Matthew McConaughey that I think you guys will enjoy✌💚🌻💫
- Robin Williams is also great in "Mrs Doubtfire" and "Hook" and "Jumanji" (1995) and "Good morning Vietnam" - Matt Damon is also known for the "Jason Bourne movies" ("The Bourne Identity" is the first), also "The Martian" and very recently "Oppenheimer" (haven't seen that myself yet), "Oceans eleven" movies, you guys have seen him before in "Saving private Ryan" - Ben Affleck played in "Daredevil", also "Pearl harbour", "Reindeer games" and "Armageddon"

Ben Affleck played Daredevil back in the day. I think that's the superhero movie you're referring to. This is one of the best written movies I have ever seen. Ben and Matt have been friends since they were 9 or 10 years old. They wrote this while in school and it helped launch their careers. So glad you both reacted to this.
The Robin Williams movie you should watch is Good Morning Vietnam and if you want to see this generation of male actors break into the business School Ties had everyone in it.
I'm from Cambridge. Ben & Matt are from Cambridge. I'm a bit older than they are. I used to see them hanging out in Harvard Square on Friday nights. They'd alway's ask me to go into the liquor store and buy them a six-pack of Budweiser. We also went to the same high school. Cambridge Rindge & Latin. They were really good kids...
Definitely check out Dead Poet’s Society for more Robin Williams. It’s both inspiring and heartbreaking. If want to see more Matt Damon, the Bourne Trilogy is really good.
Don't often comment despite being a huge reaction fan, but even after having the crapiest day ever, somehow you guys always cheer me up regardless. Much love and best wishes to you and your beautiful family. Wishing you continued and deserved success PEACE and LOVE always.
Robin’s character’s name is Sean Maguire. Robin Williams became so beloved, so huge on the screen that millions of fans simply didn’t bother to know the names of the characters he played. It’s a fascinating part of Williams’s legacy.
This movie changed my life and is in the top 5 movies of all time for me. The park bench scene is probably the most impacting thing I've ever seen in a movie. It made me take a long hard look at myself.
The monolog on the park bench? Robin did it in one take. And the story about his wife farting in her sleep was an adlib. Matt busting up laughing was completely spontaneous. But it made a PERFECT scene. As to the ending, the career is waiting for Will wherever he goes.
One movie that is so amazing that people often forget about with robin Williams is patch adams. It is based on a true story and is phenomenal! All Rubin Williams films are 100/100. Mrs doubtfire is a MUST! Also he insisted that 10% of the extras used on each film he was in were homeless persons so they could earn a bit of money.❤
Another wonderful Robbin Williams movie with a dramatic role - and true story- is "Awakenings." It's just an incredible movie. Also "RV" with Robin is hilarious!!! As a family you'll appreciate that one
That whole segment with his wife farting in her sleep, was completely improvised. Thats why Matt was laughing so hard. He wasn't expecting it. Matt & Ben kept it in. This is own of the greatest movies. You have to watch Mrs Doubtfire! Robin is a genius in it!❤
You cut out the best line of the movie: "Son-of-a-bitch he stole my line." Robin Williams improvised the line and they ended up keeping it in the movie=)
This was the one reaction I was waiting for you guys to do! It's great to see emotionally intelligent people react to such a brilliant movie about a man overcoming childhood trauma
Fun Fact: The farting wife story was completely improvised. Matt Damon laughed his ass off. Also, Ben Affleck's speech at the end is such a great scene. So different from the usual speeches. A real friend would rather see his friend succeed if it means never seeing them again.
Robin was a genius. Grew up with him. Cried when he died. Made a lot of people laugh and cry and feel. Gave comedy shows abroad for servicemen. He was a great human being.
The “It’s not your fault” scene just kills me every time! Ben Affleck has been Batman and Daredevil (you probably recognize him from the latter?) The younger guy that hangs with them is Aflleck’s actual little brother Casey. If you want to see a fun heist movie with Casey and Matt Damon I suggest “Ocean’s Eleven”…or an action Damon film is “Bourne Identity”. For another serious Robin Williams you can try “Dead Poets Society”…otherwise some of his fun movies are “Mrs Doubtfire” or “Jumanji”
Also, the last line of the movie is a famous Robin Williams improv line. Originally, the movie ends with Robin reading the letter, when Robin said, " Son of a bitch, stole my line" Matt Damon stated that is the perfect ending for this movie.
Robin Williams started out as a stand up comedian and playing an alien in Mork & Mindy, but has since been in tons of movies. I loved him in Awakenings, The Birdcage, Popeye, and Mrs. Doubtfire.
I had a "Mork & Mindy" swimsuit and thermos when I was little. Despite being too young to understand the show, I absolutely fell in love with Robin Williams 😂
5:44 The redheaded friend is played by Cole Hauser, who you’ve seen before in DAZED AND CONFUSED (1993) (also as a friend of Ben Affleck’s character), and possibly more recently as Rip Wheeler in the Paramount Network hit series Yellowstone (although his hair is dyed black for that show). Cole is actually the maternal great-grandson of one of the Warner Brothers, Harry Warner, who co-founded the film studio that bears the family name with his brothers Sam, Albert, and Jack.
- One of the film's end themes is "Miss Misery" by the late Elliott Smith (responsible for his cover of "Because", originally by the Beatles, heard at the end of American Beauty). - Also, the bar scene with Clark (the Vickers guy, portrayed by Scott William Winters) was reenacted / parodied in Jay & Strike Back. Speaking of which, Kevin Smith (aka Silent Bob himself) took up an executive producer credit for GWH.
This is a fantastic film that deals with some pretty heavy & uncomfortable issues, but Robin Williams really brought it home! He had this amazing gift of connecting with people by turning pain into humor. He won a much deserved Oscar for this, and will be forever missed. The Fisher King is another great Robin Williams movie.
Great reaction! One of my favorite movies ever. Robin Williams has an amazing catalogue of movies, as does Matt Damon. You've gotta check out more of their movies. I recommend The Martian, and the entire Bourne series (Damon), and check out Dead Poet's Society, Mrs. Doubtfire, and The Bird Cage (Williams). You'll love them all.
When someone leaves without a word, they call that "the Irish Goodbye". I pull the same move at parties and family picnics when I don't want to get held up for an hour telling everyone goodbye.
I am so astounded that these two young men came up with this story and of course you know Robin had to improvise some lines in that ingenious way he has. The Matt Damon movies you should watch are The Martian and the Jason Bourne movies starting with The Bourne Identity. One of the guys you may not have recognized was Casey Affleck Ben’s brother and Cole Hauser who was in Yellowstone.
My first introduction to Robin as a child was Mork and Mindy. From his zany antics, he had me hooked on his energy and bizarre outlook his character portrayed. From the Na Nooo Na Nooo, I drove my mum nuts using it at the end of my sentences. People from my generation grew up with him, watching him evolve from funny to deeply and darkly serious roles. I miss him greatly. And if he was still around, I often wonder if he would have ever been in well known films like Harry Potter as a teacher. He was a total other element with a beautiful empathy built in. And full of almost innocent child like humour that current comedians cannot match.
This is such a great film. Robin Williams and Matt Damon are BRILLIANT. Since you loved this one... I've got some absolutely brilliant films to recommend. They all feature fantastic story / acting / direction / cinematography / special effects. Most are totally under the radar gems: ARRIVAL: Probably the greatest alien-invasion story of all... Realistic.. surprising ... beautifully told. CHILDREN OF MEN: The great director, Alfonso Cuaron knocks it out of the park with this near-future dystopian tale. You'll never forget it. GRAVITY: Another Cuaron film... this one starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney in this epic space adventure. PLEASANTVILLE: Starts off a comedy, but quickly veers into a brilliant look at society. Really inventive. STRANGER THAN FICTION: Will Ferrell in a non-comedic role... He's funny in some parts, but this is the most underrated, wonderful little films I've ever seen. A host of excellent actors and a great story moves this along beautifully. You'll love these films... I'm sure about it. All the best!
Great reaction my fellow OKC's. Just so you know the whole "she used to fart in her sleep" was completely improvised which is why Matt Damon was laughing so hard. It was real laughter. Much love and keep on keepin on J.
I think the problem Will had was that, deep down, he felt he did not deserve Skylar or the opportunities that the professor was dangling in front of him. He "knew" that sooner or later they would realize that he wasn't worth it and abandon him, so he pushed them away first. This is a very insidious thing to deal with as the more someone praises you and tells that you are good at something, the more you become convinced that they are wrong and sooner or later they will finally realize the "truth" and turn on you or abandon you. It will ruin the life of anyone who suffers from this condition as anything negative reinforces your belief while anything positive also gets turned around in your mind to be a negative.
One of my faves! I'm so glad you liked it! I love the fact that both Matt Damon and Ben Affleck were 22 and 20 respectively and won the Oscar for Best Original Script, and also Robbie Williams finally won his Oscar! Until this day one of their best work!
Matt Damon was nominated for best actor but lost out to Jack Nicholson for “As Good as it Gets.” Which was a good movie also, but unfortunately it didn’t age well

Still to this day, one of the best films I've ever seen. So glad you both enjoyed this one.
LoL inspirational for whom?
For all the hidden geniuses in construction and facility-management sector
Agreed! Love Fisher King. Such an underrated movie!
Absolutely agree! Comedy, drama, monologue, dialogue, slapstick, lightening wit, just absolutely amazing at everything!
Jim Carrey actually surpassed Robin Williams. Carrey can do physical things that no one else can do, not even Robin Williams. Carrey is literally made of rubber
@@nsasupporter7557But Robin Williams is made of Flubber!
I think this is some of the best work the brilliant Robin Williams has done.
They all won
Nominations at Oscar night including Robin best support actor award the script win the director and Matt and Ben big win for two young unknowns.. Btw The kid Ben was picking on played his brother in movie and in real life Casey Affleck is Ben's real brother and started all 3 careers. Was Great movie. I was always huge Robin Williams fan. RIP
Robin.
Robin Williams was so special, as was his close friend Christopher Reeve. Hoping they've reconnected in their passing and they're enjoying peace together somewhere ❤️🙏
Highly recommended films with Matt Damon: Bourne Identity, Ocean's Eleven, The Rainmaker, The Martian
The Harvard Bar scene actually inspired me to read a bunch of the books that were mentioned. This is such a fantastic movie on so many levels. Great reaction.
What I miss most about Robin is his magic. Amazing comic, actor, and incredible mind.
Robin Williams in Good Morning Vietnam is a must watch.
And he's a Scientologist
And Peewee's Big Adventure and The Simpsons theme song
And he’s been married to Bridget Fonda since 2003, and his neice (through marriage) is Jenna Elfman from tv’s “Dharma & Greg” as well as “The Walking Dead.”
And no one said he has produced hauntingly beautiful music since the 80's
Well frell me dead, all these years I thought Chris Sarandon did Jack Skellington's singing.
You should check out The Martian, Matt Damon is exceptional in that movie. Oh and Robin Williams in Mrs. Doubtfire is comedy gold. Iconic movie.
What makes it great is Damon’s authentic laugh and even the camera shaking because the cameraman was laughing so hard. 😂
@@BouillaBased And very young scriptwriters at that.
One of the best movies, written by those two guys from here in Boston when they were still basically kids. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck made us proud! They were best friends so the acting of the friendship was just them being them.
Wasn't this such a realistic depiction of Boston during the 90s?
@@Governor1993 Yes! They did an amazing job.
I’ve said it already, a great Matt Damon movie Ford vs. Ferrari: cars, father son relationship, couple interaction , male friends, something for everyone, a wife encouraging her man. You’ll both like it. I promise.
What Dreams May Come is my favorite Robin Williams movie.
Thank you.
Also, the Mork and Mindy house in Boulder, Colorado.
@@irktog5175 I did No know about that one. Cool!!!
Then I flag superhero daredeville
That Well written monologues were written by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck and that’s why they both won the Oscar for best original screenplay while they were in their twenties . And the perfect delivery by Robin Williams is why he won the Best supporting Actor
Their buddy “Morgan” with the short, dark curly hair is Ben’s little brother, Casey Affleck. An accomplished actor in his own right.
Another great Robin Williams movie is: the Fischer King.
Dark, Emotional, dramatic and also very funny. What a beautiful story!
Johnny Cash wrote "One Piece At A Time" about an autoworker who stole a car one piece at a time over 14 years.
Jay you MUST watch "The Bourne Identity." It stars Matt Damon. It is full of action! Ben Affect was Daredevil.
I loved all the Bourne movies with Damon
And Batman in the recent Superman movies.
Love the Bourne movies! I think my favorite Ben Affleck movie (aside from Good Will Hunting) is Argo. Phenomenal. :)
Oh they need to watch the entire Bourne series! The Bourne Identity is my favorite Bourne movie.
Don't forget The Martian.
Don't forget the Martian.
He was Private Ryan
The Bourne series is one of my favorite of all time along with The Matrix. Jack Nicholson in The Departed played a decent Whitey Bulger too.
@@daninkansas5933 Yep that's right!
- Robin Williams is also great in "Mrs Doubtfire" and "Hook" and "Jumanji" (1995) and "Good morning Vietnam"
- Matt Damon is also known for the "Jason Bourne movies" ("The Bourne Identity" is the first), also "The Martian" and very recently "Oppenheimer" (haven't seen that myself yet), "Oceans eleven" movies, you guys have seen him before in "Saving private Ryan"
- Ben Affleck played in "Daredevil", also "Pearl harbour", "Reindeer games" and "Armageddon"
16:00 There is a movie on the Indian Math genius Ramanujan. i mean a Hollywood movie. There are others here in India. Dev Patel 9from Slumdog Millionaire) acts as the genius. It is not heavy on Maths but the person and phenomenon that Ramanujan was. Worth a watch. Regards from India.
Fun fact: Robin Williams attended Juilliard and was in the same class as Christopher Reeve. They maintained a good friendship until
Reeve’s death.
I guess while not actually a superhero, he plays Superman in hollywoodland as well.
Ben's a couple years younger. He once pulled a bigger kid off Matt who was about to beat his ass. Basically 12 year old Batman saved Jason Bourne 😂
This is my favorite Robin Williams movie. He put on the acting of a lifetime. Well for me it is. All around great movie. A classic to me.
The Robin Williams movie you should watch is Good Morning Vietnam and if you want to see this generation of male actors break into the business School Ties had everyone in it.
Robin Williams and Matt Damon did an amazing job of acting in that movie.
As someone who lived a childhood like Will's. I can't express how helpful this movie is. Ill watch it for the free therapy.
Gem and one of the best scripts in the modern history of film. Glad you all finally saw this gem
Patch Admans was a good one. I liked "What Dreams May Come" too with Robin Williams.
@@Governor1993 oh I love what dreams may come! So sad though so is patch.
Grew up outside Boston. This was the first of a series of Boston based movies including Gone Baby Gone, The Town, The Departed and others. So good.
Another wonderful Robbin Williams movie with a dramatic role - and true story- is "Awakenings." It's just an incredible movie. Also "RV" with Robin is hilarious!!! As a family you'll appreciate that one
Mrs. Doubtfire next please!! You'll ❤ it! One of Robin Williams' amazing roles! There are many! So glad you're getting into movies starring him.
Jay, you might enjoy the Bourne movies starring Matt Damon. They are action packed!
Yes absolutely
I still love the very subtle change from Robin. After the breakdown, he went from calling him sport, chief, even pissant to calling him son.
Matt and Ben were wise beyond their years back then. Amazed that they could write such a script.
The camera is shaking in that scene because apparently the camera man was laughing also
Such an amazing movie. I also love how Eliot Smith's music is prominently played throughout. Such an amazing artist, gone way too soon
Cole Hauser was in, Fast and Furious 2,Pitch Black, and Dazed and Confused
Jack
And now you know why Robin Williams won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar
Also, the last line of the movie is a famous Robin Williams improv line. Originally, the movie ends with Robin reading the letter, when Robin said, " Son of a bitch, stole my line" Matt Damon stated that is the perfect ending for this movie.
I absolutely love this film. Robin Williams has always been brilliant, but his is my favourite performance of his.
Robin Williams started out as a stand up comedian and playing an alien in Mork & Mindy, but has since been in tons of movies. I loved him in Awakenings, The Birdcage, Popeye, and Mrs. Doubtfire.
"Nanu Nanu"
I had a "Mork & Mindy" swimsuit and thermos when I was little. Despite being too young to understand the show, I absolutely fell in love with Robin Williams 😂
Awakenings is a brilliant movie.
Hook is another Robin Williams classic.
Yes Birdcage!!!
Elliot Smith and Robin Williams, forever linked by this movie. Hard to even write this without feeling emotional.
Another fantastic reaction and a great choice! So glad that you enjoyed it as much as we did!
I love The Fisher King!
And Hook.
It's been years, and this movie still gets to me ❤
Great reaction!
One of the best movies ever. Robin’s greatest role in my opinion.
A timeless film. A complicated simple story. So full of the character of the place and time.
Remains in my top five movies of all time. Exceptional, and still gets me emotional after all this time. ♥
How do you like THEM apples??
AMAZING movie! that speech in the park on the bench was Unbelievable.
This is such a great film. Robin Williams and Matt Damon are BRILLIANT.
Since you loved this one... I've got some absolutely brilliant films to recommend. They all feature fantastic story / acting / direction / cinematography / special effects.
Most are totally under the radar gems:
ARRIVAL: Probably the greatest alien-invasion story of all... Realistic.. surprising ... beautifully told.
Danny Elfman also headed the very quirky and odd 80s band Oingo Boingo back in the day
And it's follow up project simply titled Boingo...
I forgot how great this film is, another one of my favorites with Minnie Driver with a great soundtrack is "Grosse Point Blank"!!!
