  • Don't limit yourself to just soyachunks curry. Try this tasty soya cutlet recipe which is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. Soyabean is a good source of protein, so it is a must try recipe for vegetarians. I tried to make this recipe with less oil so that it remains healthy as well.
    Ingredients( for 8 to 10 cutlets)
    soya chunks- 1 cup
    bread- 3 pieces
    onion- 1
    ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
    turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
    coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
    garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
    red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
    dry mango powder-1/2 tsp
    chopped coriander leaves
    salt to taste
    mustard oil- 1 tbsp
    refined / mustard oil for shallow frying- 3 tbsp
