LOVE all these cards! I love how you make such beautiful cards without needing to have to colour images & that you let the beautiful papers do the talking.
What beautiful cards once again. I love the way you use all the paper in the pack to make these cards. My favorite card was the pink one you made with the 3 butterflies on it. 🦋🦋🦋❤
I love your cards. This paper is absolutely my favourite, the colours are so beautiful. And the feathers and the butterflies are sooo beautiful. It is so fun to watch you making them. 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much! For as many comments as I get about my nail polish colors, I really should start listing them. By the time I get the videos finished, edit, and posted, I don't always remember the color. Maybe I'll write it down the same time I write down the cardstock colors.
That paper is gorgeous!! I am such a fan of Paper Rose, mostly because of how your relationship with them started, but their products are fantastic! My favorite cards are with the feather patterned paper. Need to start another wish list....
I hope you are recovering well from your surgery. I love the cards you made, so lovely to see someone using our & supporting our Aussie small family business. You have inspired me 💙🦘
Thank you so much! I am doing just fine from my recent surgery. I first saw Paper Rose products at Creativation last year and fell in love with their paper collections. It's amazing to now be on their design team.
You have inspired me to change up how I make cards. I don't concentrate so much on the ink and stamps right now. I buy all that pretty paper....why not let it do more of the talking and everyone likes pretty paper! I can make more cards, send more and I have taken the first bunch of ...thinking of you cards to church for others to be able to send out to our covid shut ins. I really like doing them this way. I am sure I will sometimes want to make an ink blended card with fancy stuff but cards like you make are just fantastic!!!!
Thank you so much! I have always been a huge pattern paper fan. I will admire all the pretty ink blended, copic colored cards out there. But for me, it's all about the pretty paper.
Never heard of Paper Rose, that is gorgeous paper! Off to scrapbookdotcom. So much for my New Years resolutions of no new crafting supplies. Lol Who was I kidding.
Lovely cards, I liked the feather patterned paper with the blue oval - I liked the sentiment. I wonder if you'll need a bigger scrap box by the end of the year? 😄
Thank you! It really is a lovely paper collection. I hope you enjoy using up a 6x6 paper pad. I've been making cards this way for many, many years and still enjoy it.
Can’t wait to see the cards you make with the scraps at the end of the year! I have a scrap bin too but I periodically use stuff from it. And I enjoy getting to use the patterned paper I’ve “used up”.
I love your videos and have binge watched a BUNCH during my covid recovery. :) Is there a section/video/list of suggested layouts for....small pieces, busy patterns, stripes, same size rectangles, etc. If they were categorized on your blog or something it would be a HUGE hit!. THANKS
Thank you so much! I've never really thought about categorizing the sketches. Not sure how I would do that. Maybe I could add more Pinterest sketch boards.
Great cards, as always. Can't wait to see that scrap box at the end of the year. I'm thinking MAYBE 10 cards, the way you use up that paper, you're amazing.
Thank you so much! I buy the cardstock for card bases in bulk from a local paper store. I pay them to cut it half for card bases, then I score it myself at home.
Love your channel and blog and I am a huge fan of yours! I’ve been making cards this way for almost 10 years! I do have a question: Do you consider the weight of the finished card when designing them? Here in Canada the total card in envelope cannot exceed 30 grams in weight or 5 mm thickness. Then the postage almost doubles. Ugh
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed using this lovely collection. I don't really worry about the weight of the card, but I do pay attention to the thickness. If I know I will be mailing the cards, I will keep them on the flatter side. If I'm hand delivering the cards, I can go crazy. Lol!
Yay Paper Rose...beautiful set of cards. Love the purple hugs card...
LOVE all these cards! I love how you make such beautiful cards without needing to have to colour images & that you let the beautiful papers do the talking.
Thank you so much! I rarely color images, so I focus on pretty pattern papers and fun sentiments.
I love all the purple, but the blue barn and blue butterfly in center cards are my fav!! 💙💙💙 i love them all! Eight is fabulous too! 😂
What beautiful cards once again. I love the way you use all the paper in the pack to make these cards. My favorite card was the pink one you made with the 3 butterflies on it. 🦋🦋🦋❤

Beautiful pack. I am going to challenge myself this year to try making a bunch of cards from one 6 x 6 paper pad. Thanks for your videos.
Thank you! It really is a lovely paper collection. I hope you enjoy using up a 6x6 paper pad. I've been making cards this way for many, many years and still enjoy it.

Glad you’re back!

Thank you! It may end up being 10 cards. I already have quite a few scraps and it's still January. Lol!
Thanks for the video. The cards are beautiful.
Do you buy your card base?
Thank you so much! I buy the cardstock for card bases in bulk from a local paper store. I pay them to cut it half for card bases, then I score it myself at home.

Did you hand cut those butterflies out or do you have a scan n cut?
I think I want one!
I actually hand cut all of the images. I don't own a scan n cut. Yet. Lol!
@@KristieMarcotte Man oh man....you cut stuff out super nice!
