Ill never forget this night. My sister a life long Eagle fan was dying of cancer. We waited our whole lives for it and we both cried. Her Eagles now champions, my sister passed away 5 months later in love with her football team.

@@bdolk1760 compared to other super bowls, 2019 Rams vs Pats was a pretty awful game. Especially compared to this one or the falcons vs Pats. Both those games were exciting. The ending of both games were very suspenseful.

There's a difference between a defensive game and just some really REALLY bad football. That might be the worst Superbowl ever played.

Nothing smart about the Philly Philly call. Great execution of the play though. I feel like Pederson's head got a little inflated after this SB and then he was always making overly aggressive/bold decisions the following years. Fair trade off for a franchise first SB title for sure though.

They been filming since the start, and all kinds of other cheating edges. I think it started after the 1st Seattle loss. The 2nd one they knew that formation, they knew it was going to be a slant, Butler Jumps the slant like he has esp, he didnt even try to knock it away, he ran in and grabbed it like he knew exactly was coming. Imagine the Seahawks win the SB twice. All the shine is off them. 51 in my opinion after this 2nd spygate in cinci was caught, and Ted Washington coming out, and Doug Flutie coming out, and Eric Mangini coming out, then The Bengals security catching the Pats IN 2019 , TWENTY NINETEEN, after they go 3-0 in SB til 2004, they get caught, slow it up. bc they get caught agin the other owners might ask for a sale of the franchise., So they then go 2-5, after that last loss vs the Eagles (luckily they came back vs Atl, but they had some defensive knowledge, like they always do, thats how Brady moves the ball, when the games on the line. they ramped it back up, they not only did the other stuff that the players and Jay Glazer came out with, they just started filming like they did before. Then they win one, a few months later, they are caught in cinci, a bad team, with a new coach, if they had to film them they ARE FILMING EVERYONE. THEY WASNT EVEN PLAYING THEM IN '19. Then ALL THE SUDDEN, Brady Leaves. Why would he leave? He knows they cant cheat the good old easy way. I bet Brady was a big part and thinks hes off the radar, and can do these things under the radar. But I need help. Gronk unretires 2-3 years later? Look into this. Ted Washingtons saying every game there was the audibles taped to his locker 1 hr before every game in 04-05. the yr they beat the Eagles in the SB, BY 3 POINTS. The 2nd time Doug holds fake practices, he knows theyre filming, They never stopped, I think they ramped it up in the Seahawks game. They know where that ball was going,he holds real practices in hotel ballroom. The pats have won 2 outta the last 5 SB. 2018, they cant take this, theyre so used to winning, but not "winning" Like Bonds was used to hitting HRs, so they go back to the old shool style of "Spygate when they were 3-0 in SBs. They get caught within months. Ill give you every peice of proof you need. From legitimate sources. Not some blog.

Three takeaways from this game:
1. Brady was AUTOMATIC on 3rd down
2. The Eagles RBs were running harder than anyone I’ve ever seen
3. The refs actually called an amazing game

Honestly the performance of Gene Steratore in this game is legendary. Probably one of the best reffed Super Bowls.
This was honestly one of, if not THE best super bowl of all time. I’d say this and the Seahawks Pats Super Bowl, the Giants/Pats Super Bowls are some others that come to mind. Of course that isn’t all of them. But this one is definitely in the conversation

Yeah man same. That loss definitely sucks, but the best part about it is that nobody can take this win away from us. We’ll always have it. Just remember that the haters can’t call us ringless ever again. Although I was obviously disappointed that we lost, I was also happy to see Mahomes win another ring cause I’ve been a fan of him since his first season as a starter.

I remember back In 05 I was 7 years old watching the nfc championship game against the falcons with my dad and him saying if they win this game they’re going to the super bowl. Of course they made it and I watched them lose to the patriots and remember how sad my dad was about it. Getting to watch them 13 years later playing the same exact team and watching the Eagles win the super bowl with my dad right next to me made it 10x better

This was an Eagles Dream Team for sure. As a lifelong Eagles fan it was sure one for the ages as you can imagine. When Pederson started talking about "the new norm" I was like, NAH. I knew this was a one and done. Too many players who wanted too much money and Foles was on his way out. They should have stuck with Foles and continued to give him pieces to play with. Now the Eagles only just a few years removed from this game are a completely different animal. They show spurts of greatness at times but it'll be a few minutes before we see another team like this one put together. Helluva game and helluva season.

As a Philadelphia Eagles fan for nearly 50 years, nothing can be sweeter than this... It would have still gone down as on of the great Super Bowls EVER even if somehow the Pats orchestrated a comeback, but the Eagles held on and, finally... are Super Bowl Champions !
With a tear in my eye, I dedicate this game to my late father, who saw it happen back in 1960 in the pre-Super Bowl era, but departed before this SB LII Eagles victory and I'm sure looked down from up above with a smile.

I might be a Giants fan, but as a football fan this was one of the best Super Bowls ever. All sorts of trickery and big plays on offense, both QBs just slinging the football up and down the field, back-&-forth, we were just waiting for Brady & the Pats to pull out another miracle in the late stages, but Nick Foles and the Eagles got it done early, often, AND late. ;-) This game will always be remembered for the 'Philly Special' as well. All the classic Super Bowls have the one big play or moment that everyone remembers. Compare to the SB that followed the next year( Patriots vs Rams )which had LITTLE of anything worth remembering. The Eagles' 1st Super Bowl victory, Nick Foles 'rising from the ashes' when it looked like his football career was over just a few years earlier, but helps rescue the Eagles' season from ending in disaster, and wins the Super Bowl MVP. :-) This was a tremendous Super Bowl and Minnesota was a tremendous host for the Super Bowl, even for a 'Cold weather' State. ;-)
