I really like that. I had assumed you were going to mount it on a post. Unfortunately for us a post sleeved with a PVC pipe is the only way to go here as we have many squirrels. I subscribed. Nice workmanship.
Thank you, Gary! I always ask people who were inspired by something I made to show off their version of it. Will you do that for me? Also, for what it’s worth, that stand was inspired by a design for a windmill that was built by April Wilkerson: ruclips.net/video/RwtCgKF9Ovw/видео.html
Thank you for sharing. I have been purchasing my power tools over time to have a wood working shop. Yesterday's purchases resulted in a 12" Porter Cable Compound Miter Saw and a 7 1/4" Skil power saw. Of couse, I have several drills and hand saws. Thank you for sharing.
WoodRodent, my timing with this project was a bit off... the birds had already migrated for the winter by the time I got it done. But, I know they’ll eventually return.
I’m not sure, I haven’t seen any. I can tell you that the bird seed we put in this feeder gets consumed pretty quickly, whether it’s by birds or some others critters.

Thank you for the comments, Lyle!
Lovely finished project, well done.
Thanks, M Good!
That's a beautiful squirrel feeder! Definitely going to copy the feeder part, but will make a different stand....

Excellent Video
A perfect ladder for squirrels :)
Couldn’t we all use a ladder to help us get where we’re going?
That is a beautiful bird feeder. I was wondering if you have any deer , they really give my bird feeders a work out. Thanks for the video.
Thanks, Doug. No deer here, just birds & squirrels.
Wait, I wanted to see the birds coming to the feeder. :)

Squirrels ?
Nice project, have you had any issues with unwanted guests getting in the feeder?
