மிகவும் சாதாரணமாக எளிமையான முறையில் வீட்டில் நாம் அன்றாடம் பயன்படுத்தும் மளிகை பொருட்களை கொண்டு சமையல் செய்யும் முறையை செய்து காட்டுவது உங்கள் தனிச்சிறப்பு. Chicken 65 செய்வதில் கூட அதற்காக பயன்படுத்தி வரும் மசாலாவை சேர்க்காமல் வீட்டில் நாம் அன்றாடம் பயன்படுத்தும் மிளகாய் மஞ்சள் தூளை கொண்டு வண்ணம் சேர்க்காமல் செய்திருப்பது உங்கள் தனிச்சிறப்பு. பொருட்கள் அனைத்தையும் ஸ்பூன் போன்ற வற்றை பயன் படுத்தாமல் கையில் எடுத்து நீங்கள் செய்வது அருமையான முறை. கைகளுக்கே உணர்வும் உணர்சியும் உண்டு. இதுவே நம்முன்னோர்கள் முறை. சமையல் செய்து கொண்டே நீங்கள் சொல்லி வரும் குறிப்புகள் /ஆலோசனைகள் மிகவும் பயனுள்ளவை ரகசியம் யாருக்கும் சொல்லாதவர்கள் என்ற நகைச்சுவை அருமையானவை. இன்னும் நிறைய சொல்லிக் கொண்டே போகலாம் சமையல் கலையில் நீங்கள் மிகச்சிறந்த நிபுணர் என்பதை. உங்களிடம் தெறித்து கொள்ள நிறைய இருக்கிறது. தொடருங்கள் உங்கள் ஆலோசனைகள் கேட்க காத்திருக்கும் நபர்கள் ஏராளம்.

Tried this today but turned out hard so added curd along with lemon for soft texture and one beaten egg and it turned out good..
