24:51 Param, there are 2 trains from KLIA 1 & 2. The "express"which you boarded takes ~45min to reach KL Sentral (City Center) while regular one take 1.5hrs. Why? Because the Airport is ~72KM from City Center! I took my mum to MAS as part of 3 nation tour in August 2018 and back then the "Express" costed ₹890/person (1 RM = 18 INR) in 2018. Gone up 10% in exactly 6yrs (Inflation 😅).

Since, majority of passengers don't embark/ disembark here, airport is not able to get airport charges in flight ticket.

Actually, they are not Indians but people of Indian (Tamil) descent who emigrated to Malaysia at some point in the past and now are Malaysian citizens. This is something I found strange when I went to Malaysia as well. Tamils are actually the 3rd biggest community in Malaysia after Malay and Chinese. Do visit Batu caves when in KL
