Many years ago went to all the Christmas markets along the Moselle valley, was so good went back again. Never experienced anything like it again, the Wine shops, well they are so helpful, this is where i realized Riesling was the wine for me.

My school goes on trips to stay here every year for a week, I hope to get on it this year and go abroad for the first time in my life. (I'm year 9, it's a sad life, I know.)
Anyone know of the Schauss family here? My ancestor moved from here to the USA to fight in the Revolutionary war, and changed the spelling of their name to "Shows" his father was John Conrad Schauss. I doubt anyone will know the answer to this, but hey... worth asking. LOL
Someone told me about a wine route in Mossela Valley!!! Is it possible to do it by bike? Mosela Valley looks such a good place!!!!
Cochem is nice but Bernkastel in Mosel is still more beautifull
