- In just a matter of moments, everything changed for Tiffany Yu. But her new disability wasn't the most difficult thing to overcome. In this talk, Tiffany explains what can be the most challenging aspect of disability, and how it's propelled her into a life of community building. Tiffany Yu is the Founder of Diversability, an award-winning social enterprise to created to rebrand disability through the power of community. Previously, she was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Director of Business Development for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ REVOLT TV. My condolences to you. I know what exclusion is like. It happened at work. It a long time for someone in my work wrote down everyone’s name down and tape their names down at the solution center. I have an invisible disability. I believe you are so right. I feel like people like me are not given higher education. I had to pay for it myself. I never got credit for it. Now I know what not to say in an interview. I don’t feel valued at work. Thank you for explaining people’s biases. That people will deny that they are biased 24/7 forever.

I am seeing this March 7th 2021. When you did this talk we didn't have what we all have now. I ask you to join with hundreds of others just like you. We can meet on-line and see each other. We can get to know each other over time in a way that is accessible to all of us and it is free. We can build community across the disability community in a way that was never possible before.
