GMC Terrain - CHANGE SPEEDOMETER MILES TO KM (2010 - 2017)

In this video I am demonstrating how to change speedometer / odometer from miles (mph) to kilometers (km/h) and vice versa on GMC Terrain SUV. ( 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | SLE | SLT | DENALI ).
Changing instrument cluster speed display setting is very easy. You will have to use small menu buttons on the dashboard. Press MENU button to enter the Vehicle Information Menu and then press UP or DOWN to get to UNIT submenu. Select either US or METRIC and press SET button. That's it. Hmmm not sure how to help you. You would have to take the dash apart and check the wiring and that switch and replace if necessary

I have 2012 terrain and when I hit menu button the display doesnt come up

Hmmm that's strange. It possibly needs a software update by a gm dealer or there could be a problem with the switch itself

Same with my 2013, I wonder if I have to have it in park, as I can't set up my BlueTooth while moving, but who has time to do this when not on the move?
