  • these squat exercises are part of my workout routine to help with weak knees. The key to weak knees has two parts 1 ) work the areas around the knee to strengthen and stabilize the muscle groupa to take the load and stress off the knee
    ) At some point we need to directly target the knee to build back the elasticigy, flexibility, strength and mobility that is required for all active movement.
    This is part of my personal routine and only a demonstration and suggestion as each individual should test and research any workout routine. This routine has made a tremendous change in my knee stability, strength and overal ability to move freely and particiapte in all activities including sports competition.
