- What started as a potential DUI arrest spirals out of control in less than 10 minutes in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Ellie Masukevich made it very clear she was not happy when officers put her in handcuffs. She faces numerous charges in connection to this incident, including DUI and battery of a peace officer. She is scheduled to face trial in July.

@@alisonponce8337She's 18 only 1 year into adulthood.. It may be her parent's fault IF they were manipulated by her behavior & let her get her way when she acted like this growing up.. Then again, it's not always the parent's fault sometimes good parent's have a child who breaks Law's & acts like this in spite of their good parent's.. Nah, because it's much less about demeanor (which admittedly was about right) and more about the actions. She chose to consistently escalate the use of force without any really good reason other than that the girl was carrying on (so what?). She didn't even need to put the clearly claustrophobic girl in handcuffs because the handcuffs weren't even required to take her in. It's not resisting arrest if they can still arrest her without the handcuffs. Then they didn't need to belt her down either because her taking a runner claim was a complete bluff, she physically couldn't take a runner. Then the wrap I mean come on, that's a whole nother can of worms. This is almost like textbook case of police escalation.

Cattle prod
My entitled brat detector 📈📈📈
I don’t understand why people say entitled. They aren’t trying to be entitled to anything. It’s just them being dmb as fck.
😅😅 love this so much
Good one!
PERFECT
I need some advil after watching this
Funny how these kids suddenly become legal experts and think they're going to tell the cops what their rights are!😂
“I’m stuck, help me please” a single foot appears in frame. I’m 💀😂
coping skills??? she's beyond that, so you're wasting your time.
Yeah, that officer is delusional.
In a longer video the female officer talks about having worked in Mental Health for many years. This video is thankfully edited down because she actually spent sooooooo long when she was placed her in the car negotiating and trying to calm her down. It was utterly ridiculous, she was acting like a therapist rather than a police officer.
@@michellewest3404 if they dont have someone like this they'll get blamed for not being a mental health professional in the comments anyway but this is too long
@@aaa-hs3itexactly, and this is why health professionals and criminals don’t work and need law enforcement
@michellewest3404 I mean, there's nothing wrong with the cop trying to deescalate. There's cops who cause trouble because they don't know how to deescalate. She's already under arrest so nothing wrong with trying to make the transportation and booking process easier for everyone.
"I can't be in handcuffs!!!!" And yet she is in fact in handcuffs. 🤷🏾♀️
Wasted ( GTA San Andreas) 😂
She needs to be sentenced to a total re education and rehabilitation..
Even as someone who doesn’t like cops, I felt bad for the female officer. She was trying to be patient and empathetic, but this brat was off her rocker.
This poor child. The officers don't understand. She's stayed at a Holiday Inn and watched 3 episodes of Law and Order. She KNOWS her rights.
The lady officer couldn't have tried any harder or been any better. That was Class A de-escalation. Didn't matter. Ellie must be obeyed.
😂 Exactly!
😂😂
Ain't no one born after 2000 is watching law and order 😅
😂😂😂😂💯
She's a perfect candidate for "the wrap."😂
No carb spinach wrap please😂😂
My favorite part of the Burrito wrap is the colorful helmet. 😂😂😂😂
I was just listening while making dinner, and then I looked down to my phone and saw she was upside down in the back of the car. 😂
That burrrrrrito wrap!
Needs the helmet
The cops did a great job with her. So patient and responding with complete courtesy and kindness.
Honestly, I want to know what happens next.
"For now you're gonna be placed under arrest for... uh... we gonna figure it out." - made me laugh.
That's not funny. That always raises red flags with me and makes me wonder if they have made up bs charges before there were body cams.
Amazing how she's completely restrained and yet she still thinks she can control the situation. That's some hard core denial 😂😂
Pretty Privilege.
