This is an amazing ❤tutorial thanks for showing🙏😍🙏😍
You are amazing
Is it possible to do this with a transparent background so I don't necessarily need a skyline/cityscape? Also, how do I do this using a gradient map? Like I'd like to be able to make individual sparks different colors.

That's great! I must give this a go!!
Edit: I AM giving it a go, but I've struck a problem. The Colour gradient created at 5:05 always comes out far too large after I increase the canvas size and add the black layer below. I'm using Photoshop 2020, and it doesn't have this Perceptual (or any other) Method in the Gradient Fill dialogue box. Maybe that's something to do with it?
In the Gradient Fill window, click "Reset alignment" and play with the Scale.
@@BLTV_Photoshop Thanks. I tried that, but it stubbornly stayed about 20% too large. I don't know what I did wrong.
This is awesome
Thank you for sharing and Happy Holidays 🙏☀️
🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤thank you
Merry Xmas
PS great videos and cracking content
Sir...Pls guide me... I cant do each particles spreads from a center point. How can I do. I send you reference photo if u want.
If your particle document is 1000 px for both the width and height, the particles will be automatically centered.
I mean to say... all running particles has too long that spread from one center point to end of surrounding to edge of 1000px/1000px sheet.@@BLTV_Photoshop
If Photo can be paste here, You can understand...What I am saying.@@BLTV_Photoshop
🎉

Hi Marty,
followed this one through twice very slowly but I have two problems probably related to each other.
1, When I do polar coordinates my background is semi transparent outside the circle of effect, instead of all black?
2, When I finally get to the colour gradient I end up with a coloured halo around the firework effect?
I guess the last one is related to the first one? As far as I can see I have followed all the steps but this one is baffling me.
Yes, the 2 problems are related, however, one would have to inspect your PSD file to determine the exact cause. It may be due to an opacity issue or quick mask issue.
@@BLTV_Photoshop I Marty,
Yes I will check through them tomorrow, I will start again and if I can’t remedy it I’ll get back in touch😉
hey marty there's already fireworks on the image you provided
Thanks for the heads up! the correct link is there now.
