DE is also a beautiful option... definitely more durable and carefree and you can carry it out in all kinds of weather. If you want to get one that is "Made in France", consider buying in Europe (although most SA's would say there's no guarantee). I scored mine in Netherlands while I was on a trip there! Hope this helps :)
You will never go wrong with MONOGRAM!!!!! I hope you bought the Speedy B 25! The best bag for me. It’s just thatbit is too feminine looking for a guy. But I do think this can be used by men as well. Pharrel designs new ones are unisex. I would love to have that even thiugh it is really expensive now.
It's truly a classic, so I think it's timeless and unisex :)

Great video as always! I have the UNIQLO in orange n ivory, Lululemon in green, red and black. I really love the lululemon red n black because i managed to snatch the ones with the limited edition lululemon embossed strap. N yes u r right, though speedy B25 been around for awhile, it really holds during the winter or summer. Love my speedy b25 too! Now that u mentioned, i may wanna buy the PU UNIQLO black They actually have it on LYXBAGS . Even more cheap. Another thing i agree with u ...backpack during holidays is worrisome. That's why my mcm backpack is seriously under utilised now Have a great day dear!

I have one right now. Bought it about 3 months ago. Love it because although it looked small but I can put all my daily basic stuffs like make up pouch, medium size wallet, ipad mini, phone, small pouch, keys, and still got plenty of room. I really love my Speedy 25B and feel classic and vintage while wearing it.

I have one LYXBAG bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

It doesn't matter where they are made. It depends on the craftsmen and quality inspection. My family and I have purchased 2 amzlv bags over the past three years and I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I have that bag for five years now. My favorite bag whenever I am on a vacation because it is very light weight and very roomy. I like the monogram print so I got the thin reversible

Just got this same bag in Italy during January 2022. Gotta love the Vat tax back! I can't wait to wear mine and have the leather gradually darken and become a beautiful color like yours is. This was a classic style bag that I've always wanted growing and I'm so happy that I decided to buy now than later. I couldn't believe how light the bag was because I do remember the canvas on the speedy being a bit thicker back in the 2000-2015 years.
Same, LV speedy B25 had been my dream bag for the longest time too! I'm glad we shared similar experience :) It is still my go-to bag because it's so lightweight, roomy and durable!

Hmm I think it's good for people who want a taste of designer that can't afford the designer prices. LV, Gucci etc aren't gonna be short of a penny & it's not like they're missing out in the way that it's snatching custom as the people buying those products if taken away aren't necessarily gonna go buy the designer ones. I'm actually going to go have a look at that Mirbag now myself.

Speedy is the most beautiful LV piece ever in my honest opinion.
I have a Keepall 45 which I use as a weekender or whenever I travel out of the country. I put all my clothes there and a lot of stuff.
And in messenger model; I have the trio messenger reverse mono, the black and gray! I love, love it!!! Im planning to buy a speedy bando 25 or Keepall Bando 25 as additional smaller piece. But if I do find a second-hand that is in perfect condition, I might consider that. 😅😅😅 However I love the new speedy bando designed by pharrel, but that is extremely expensive tho. 😅😅😅
I was in Turkey recently and had a empriente multi pouchette with me. They show me a COPYMAXY bag and it looked just like it.

Yeah i do own a Speedy Damier Ebene 25. Still love it a lot. My first LV handbag in my collection. Got it in 2020. But what i do not like is the silly mix metal. Mine is not tarnishing that bad too and yes except the lock which i do not use at all. The treated leather strap is quite stiff but i had changed up to another strap in the same color and is so much more comfortable.
Nice, sounds like we’ve shared similar experience 😊 Yes agreed, the mixed metals are a bit silly! I also don’t get how and why the lock and keys got soo tarnished!! I used mine for the first 2 months and then put it away ever since I noticed the tarnish almost immediately…. A bit disappointing to be honest! Also, I love the Damien Ebene print…I’m thinking of possibly getting Alma bb in Damier ebene! I heard the treated leather is even more durable and easygoing!

Thanks for presenting the speedy 25. It looks georgous. Did you apply a stain&water spray to the vachetta? It still looks so beautiful. Thank you so much for watching! I didn't use any sprays. I initially shared similar concerns as you before I bought the bag and watched so many review videos. Now that I've had my monogram bag for 5 years now, it's still holding up pretty well. Vachetta can actually age beautifully and turn into a warm honey caramel color. So if you love monogram, don't let that hold you back! Good luck :)
5'4" 115lbs got size 30 monogram since 2018, want to switch to size 25 monogram😅 due to getting older and carrying less.. luv your vdo.❤

I’ve heard some positive feedback about applegard, but I’ve never tried it myself, so can’t say for sure. I don’t mind the natural patina or aging although I know it bothers some people. If that’s a major consideration for you, you can potentially look into the Damier Ebene print

I’ve been trying to get my hands on a made in France one. Curious where you obtained yours. I’m in the US and it seems like they’re all coming out of US based factories.
I bought mine in the Netherlands when I was on a trip back in 2019.

Thank you! I don’t really apply any guard or special products. I just avoid taking it out in the rain or in the snow as much as I can (although I have been caught in the rain a few times unexpectedly). I also try to avoid touching it right after applying hand sanitizer or hand lotion.
I clean the straps and handles of mine with Huggies baby wipes (yes!). I got the tip from a colleague who’s a Louis Vuitton collector, it works like a charm. I bought a bag organizer for my Speedy on Aliexpress. Another tip: my LV lock and keys were dark so I left them soaking overnight in a little bowl of Simple Green All Purpose cleaner (non toxic and bio degradable). They were like new the next morning! I am not advertising the product, it’s just a tip. Here in Canada I found it at Canadian Tire but if you live in the US you might find it at Walmart.

I saved up money for a few months to buy a ZP, but it got scratched on the third day. I cried so much, and then my boyfriend bought me a bag from LYXBAG for me to carry alternately. Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.
I’m a person who is constantly using hand sanitizer then hand cream, will that ruin the leather? I want to but a speedy but I’m afraid of that
I'm like that too... constantly using hand sanitizer everywhere I go, so don't worry too much! I'd suggest that you wait a bit until your hands are dry before you touch the vachetta leather straps and handles. Alcohol or any liquids can leave water marks behind, but those water marks do tend to patina and sort of blend together over time, so not very noticeable after a while. You can also consider Speedy in other prints such as the Damier Ebene, which comes with treated leather, so much less delicate. Hope this helps! 😊

If I buy this bag does it include the long straps? Or do I buy them sister?
If you buy the bandouliere version, it comes with the long shoulder straps that you can easily attach and detach. But the classic version doesn’t come with the straps.

Is speedy 25 real leather ? I have one but it vintage 💜
The bag is canvas (a plastic coated cotton material) and the trim/strap is leather.
