If both parties agreed to a settlement does it move forward to a judge or does it stay between both parties?

If an injured worker simply wants to keep medicals open , due to a pretty bad injury, a leg salvage situation, where unforseen things can happen in the future, will this surely equal going to trial? Can the injured worker EVER lose if thats all they are after, can Workmans comp MAKE you get a "Medicare Set Aside" ?

Not necessarily, remember the C & R is mean to be a lump sum for what they thing your medical will be worth. A Stip is they take care of you until the end.

Hello Jose, a person's injury is not P&S/MMI until all parts of the injury have reached that status.

I would rather stand my ground n not fold because if you don't, everyone will walk all over you.

True, but sometimes at what cost does this standing your ground come with. It's a really hard thing to be in, wish you best of luck!

Just found you today. Can you talk about Hernia work related injuries with 2 surgeries and a possible third in the future. DOI , 2001 Workers comp case with no Attorney still open.

Yikes, you've been handling this since 2001? May we ask why not get an attorney to get things moving for you? You'd get all the legal help so you can focus on getting your life back instead of dealing with the system. We're here to help, if you'd like 800 606 6999.
