as Churchill said...[I'm an optimist, I see little point in being otherwise]. Please spread the channel so I may reach as many people as possible. It takes significant resources to produce these videos and by viewers subscribing and clicking on the bell for notifications I am hopeful to be able to make more helpful videos.

Thanks a lot Michael and John.
After more years than I know, I managed to get off escitalopram a couple of years ago. It takes a long time to realise the emotional flattening Dr Cohen mentioned, and it takes a long time to learn to process the emotions after removing the drug.

I enjoy your videos and was wondering if you can cover osteoporosis in the future. Other treatments besides medications to treat it.

Diet is always a good place to start by correcting deficiencies and eating whole foods. Often one craves carbohydrates because they temporarily make us feel "better". I wonder if you have ever prescribed St. John's Wort for depression and what you think of it as a herbal remedy?

Thank you Micheal for another great video. I am currently interested in the studies using psychoactive compounds like Psilocybin to help depression.

@@eh..whatsupdoc There are legal forms of LSD-like substances that have the same effect as psilocybin. In my view it is important to have benzodiazepines available in case the hallucinogen induces a "bad trip". Benzodiazepines almost totally neutralize substances like psilocybin or LSD if the duration of the two substances match.

Nice coverage of this topic. Any U.K doctors that work in this more holistic way?
