They fell very much out of favor, and got zero play for that. Which is kind of weird, as it was an English band, and nothing to do directly with America so much.

I had the pleasure of seeing Paul Rodgers here at the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam, BC in a great theater that has only 1,000 seats! I was dead center in row 5 right on the aisle as I remember. He married a former Miss Canada (Cynthia Kereluk) and moved nearby over a decade ago. I think that's the only reason we got to see him in such a small room. I convinced 2 other couples to come along with my Misses. They didn't know who he was, and were just blown away by the concert. A world class talent, no doubt. Thanks for this great video.

I’ve seen him with (2 x with The Firm, 4x as Bad company) most recent was several years ago in little old Solomons island Maryland at the Calvert Marine museum, for free! To benefit the museum. His voice was amazing, I know of no one who’s kept there voice over all the years

Hey Professor! I've been subbed to your channel for a little while. I love it, and I knew it was the kind of subject my husband would love too, as he grew up in the 70s, loves the type of music you talk about-and he's a musician himself, a drummer. Well, tonight I finally introduced him to your videos, and he was HOOKED lol! And Paul Rodgers has always been one of his absolute very favorite rockers, so when we watched this video, he was absolutely entranced, practically to the point of drooling, lmao! He watches a LOT of movies and videos, and we watch stuff together sometimes, but it's not often our interest in RUclips videos overlap to the point he wants to just sit and watch video after video together. But he wants to watch at leas a couple of your videos every night, from now on! So thanks for that! Thanks for such incredibly awesome and fascinating videos!! Oh, and I'm definitely going to check out Zenni, when I get my new eyeglass prescription! We love you, dude! Keep up the amazing work!!

Bad Company belongs on the Mt. Olympus of Rock and Roll bands.... just groovin' hard rockin' goodness. Rodgers soulful bluesy voice with the bass lines and guitar magic make for hours and hours of GREAT listening..... takes me back to the 70's too ( I swear I lived the life of Mitch Kramer from Dazed and Confused, I would have been about the same age and that movie is so spot on, I even had that crazy polyester shirt he wears in the movie to the party)...... one of my favorite tracks of theirs is Good Lovin' Gone Bad.

Adam, it does my heart good to see Miss Dolly's Heartbreaker album in the album rack to your left. I remember her from my early childhood when she became Porter Waggoner's girl singer. Back in the day when everyone was wearing Farrah's red swimsuit poster t-shirt (I did, as well) people from high school remember I had a t-shirt with the image of her poster at the time, a takeoff of Jane Russell's WWII pinup, leaning against a stack of hay. I have loved her and admired her prowess as a singer/songwriter consistently through the years. In fact, during COVID Miss Dolly was a voice of encouragement during the pandemic; as she funded the invention of one of the major vaccines, my appreciation for Dolly grew incrementally!
    Thank you, Adam.
