Awesome Video! I was lucky enough to have a 42Ib 6oz out of that swim earlier this year, casted just against the opposing reeds, they do like that corner! Unlucky about the fish but I’m sure it will visit again 🎣

Fishing kettle’s in a couple of weeks. Tried to get on prairie but no luck. How many wraps to that left hand rod to get to that bank? Anyway glad a new video is out & can’t wait for the next one 🎣

I think it was about 8 wraps, but to be honest i would work it out on your own if you get in that swim, because we could be standing in different spots when we make the cast

I think it needs netting again. I remember last year they had a couple of nets in the swims, they said if you catch 10lb or under to slip them in the nets. Well done on catching. I fished the exact same spots last time I fished it and blanked!... Haha. I think we'd just had heavy rain and the baliff said if doesn't fish well after lots of rain. I'm sticking with that excuse anyway 😄
