The 120 similar feature set if I’m not mistaken. Haven’t tried it with the organ yet but now I will for sure! Haven’t used any Trynors yet but the Laneys that I have used were cool.
@@Ultimatestudiosinc No reverb on the 120 but, similar otherwise, I believe. If you're after that Jon Lord Hammond growl, it'll get ya there. Traynors are still kind of a sleeper amp but, they're really cool. Canada's answer to a Marshall. But, actually kind of a cross between a Marshall and a Fender. Neat amps.

Hey Charlie, thanks for your videos, you're an inspiration since, well, more than a decade! You like the reverb of your amp? Then let me propose this experiment: 1) Reamp one single burst of white noise through your clean, dry channel. 2) Reamp again, this time reverb full wet. 3) Load both files into your DAW. 4) Flip the phase of either file. 5) Trim the beginning of the files to the zero crossing before the biggest impulse, trim the end appropriately. 6) Export to a new normalised wave file and load it into your favourite IR loader. Cheers!
Thanks for the comment!! I know all about using IRs but I find it boring working that way. Part of how all this comes together, at least for me, is discovery in the moment. And as little interaction with the computer as possible. Not that I don't use plugins for somethings but using an amp like this in realtime is way more alive than an IR. But that is just my preference....There is not right or wrong way to approach it.

I used to have an original Orange 120 many years ago. I used it to power the Leslie for my B3. Great amps. So are Laneys and Traynors.
