I feel sorry for Mr YouWrench making never-ending repairs on his Dodge Caravan. All I do on mine is change the oil. But I really like the interesting videos.
TY for sharing the content. At 228,xxxx km Our pass side CV had a wobble at the end on the intermediate shaft. (Where the splines meet.) Installed a new intermediate shaft and new right CV axle. Bit Less of a wobble than the worn OEM. Benched assembled the old set and took measurements. The new set fits better but the slop in the splines is curious.🤷♂️ Preloaded the suspension prior tighten/torque. Happy 2024 everyone! 🍻
Like a couple other videos I have watched so far, this is a drive axle. My 2010 Caravan has the drive axle on the driver side, passenger side has the longer shaft/slave axle.
I just did mine several months ago. Front one is cake. Back one?? There are two bolts you CANNOT see, just have to "look" with your fingers and do it slowly and carefully with a U-joint socket.

Where can I find the dodge GC maintenance manual you are talking about ?
I bought replacement Beck Arnley axle nuts for like $3/each when I replaced the front wheel bearings(from Rock Auto).
Mr YouWrench? Could you do a video on how to change the engine valve cover gasket? I would really appreciate a video on that.
