Josef Fritzl 'no longer dangerous' as court approves transfer to regular prison

Austria's most notorious criminal, Josef Fritzl, infamous for holding his daughter captive for 24 years and fathering seven children with her in a dungeon beneath his home, has been granted permission by a court to be transferred to a normal prison.
Fritzl, now 89, has been held in a psychiatric institution since his 2009 conviction for rape, enslavement, incest, and murder by neglect.
