I'm hard pressed too say Mulan has the best roster of skins in the game. They're all decent quality with a good diversity. Even her "bad" skins are of objectively good quality when it comes to models, textures, SFX and VFX.

Its cool i guess, but atleast make the effects more exciting. Mulans alibility effects always looks so boring and uninspired.
