Actually Mulan’s jg spd isn’t bad so u can, what’s important for a jungler is their jg clearing spd(so they don’t waste most of their time in the jg). But she’s better in solo lane and doesn’t really need high gold to be useful(Most junglers are heroes that need to be fed to be strong, cuz junglers can farm more easily).

Mulan's dmg doesn't rely on items and she's strong in solo lane. So the jungler position isn't the best choice for her. Mulan jg is pretty much only used when fish bombing(high ranked player playing in low rank). Cuz jungling is easier to carry the game overall.

Mulan is not for me. I can't do those quick and constant switches. My old fingers are not gonna be up to that task. I am sticking to Dun and Wuyan.
