Simple explanation; the brown haired girl is Fiona and she is a main character in the show Shameless. All the other characters in the video are her family and all her life (for the most part) she took care of them since her dad (the last one shown in the video) was an alcoholic. She did EVERYTHING for them, paid for everything, worked multiple jobs, stayed up late when they were sick, took care of the drunk dad at 9 years old, etc. Finally one day she just left and that’s why you see her flying on the plane. I’m pretty sure the majority of her family was proud of her for finally leaving to start her own life finally.
And thats just me saying the truth. Its unfair. But they let this show go off the rails imo almost instantly and few seasons in i couldnt watch it, but my girl loves it.
I’m sure they were more than happy to see her escape from their awful life collectively. Ian told her to go, to “go as far away from here as possible”. She had their blessing to do so. And I don’t blame her. She did everything for them and they repaid her her mostly hostility and judgment. They needed to Learn to live without her guidance. It’s what we all do when we first leave our homes. She was just a late bloomer due to the responsibility put on her by her own parents. I’ll always be happy for Fiona, she never deserved any of the abuse she received from her siblings
I have only seen YT shorts of this series but I feel so much for the character, like so much. The arguing scenes, the patch ups, the mistakes, the lessons. Everything was soo good about this i really loved it.
I was so proud of Fiona. She’s been through so much. It was honestly time for her family to take care of themselves Fiona has done enough she deserved a happy ending.

This scene made me cry very confused tears. To be clear I understood why. I just adored Fiona was all. But I'm glad for her character getting her own life. And I'm glad the actress stood up for herself. They both deserved so much better.

And Fiona knows that if she stayed in Chicago whether it was in the southside or in the area she felt like she was still trapped She needed a fresh start, and a new city. She did mention in the show that it would be somewhere warm my Guess somewhere in Florida. But I just hope that she really did learn from all of her mistakes from the guys that she would go after the decisions that she’s made in relationships from always finding a guy that’s addicted to drugs or taking her time and need to know the person or her always cheating I hope that she made something of herself, and that she is happy healthy, and she found a relationship that’s actually good for her you will be miss Fiona Gallagher
