This video was truly beneficial, I learned a lot including how someone can easily improve his English learning strategies, in the video they talked a fun and effective morning routine that can truly help everyone to level up his English , I think the speaker has mentioned in her video up to four steps, the first step that was mentioned in the video is to activate your brain through writing a journal in the early morning when you wake up, this can be writing what you're going to do the day, this step is very important because it can help you to warm up your brain especially the English part. In the second step , she talked about input, it can be watching or listening to something you like and focusing on it . The third step was researching, it's to look up the new words and phrases you met while you were in step two and you couldn't figure out their meaning, and last but not least step is to apply what you learned in your previous steps, you can easily do this by going back to step one and trying to rewrite what you already wrote in your journal at the beginning of the process by using three to four selective words you already learned in the process. Hopefully, you'll get it beneficial, I wish we can eventually achieve our desired goals. Thanks for reading, and if I made some mistakes in the above text feel free to correct it 💖

Great advice. Re: Step 1, getting past the concern about making mistakes is so important to developing fluency. Journaling is a helpful way to get over that hurdle.

This helps activate the English side of your brain and eases the transition from your native language to English. Have your notebook and pen ready, set a five-minute timer, and don't worry about making mistakes.
Input Session (10 minutes): Find a RUclips video or online content in English on a topic of interest. While watching, jot down new words, expressions, or sentence patterns that you don't already know. This step enhances your English vocabulary and listening skills.
Research Session (10 minutes): Look up the definitions of the words and expressions you wrote down during the Input Session. This helps you understand why these terms were used in the video. Write down the definitions and one example sentence for each word or expression to grasp their real-life usage.
Application Session: Rewrite your journal entry from Step 1, incorporating three to five of the words you learned in Steps 2 and 3. This helps you practice and internalize the new vocabulary in the context of your daily life.
