Breanna Carrigan I’m on my 21st day of both the squat challenge along with her 5 mile workout. My muffin top is almost completely gone, my legs are very toned as well as my butt. My husband complimented me tonight 😊 I’m also doing herba life tho

After riding my stationary bike for an hour, I was still energized, so I decided to try this routine and loved it! My 1st time doing this 11/17/20 and it was awesome!🥰. I'll be 57 in a few months and just keeping it tight and right for myself! 😂. Thanks for your expertise, it's definitely appreciated! 🤗
yes i'm back i did your videos back around summer 2013 i was 145 pounds back then till about sept 2014 of course i met my now husband and i got too comfortable and now i am 206 not happy to see my doctor and be on the obese chart she says no potatoes no pounds the doctor tells me no more eating so much rice no more bread slow down with pastas how!! that is what fills me up that gives me energy how can i swap or change from eating those please message me when you have time i loved your videos back then and i said let me go back to doing her videos she was my inspiration and now i need that back i need my life back thank you i love you girl thanks for still being here on you tube still after all those years you are literally gonna help me get through this once again thank you God bless

Loving the whole body workout - doing ab isolations with my back on the floor hurts my back more than it hurts my abs! Does anyone have an estimate for how many calories this burns? (including your approx. body weight/height, as I know it varies for everyone)
