The WORST Way To Take VITAMIN D

  • Most adults need 2,000 - 4,000 IU (50 - 100mcg) of Vitamin D3 on a daily basis...
    Conventional medicine will often prescribe a mega dose of Vitamin D which is the absolute worst way to take Vitamin D since it can lead to Hypercalcemia affecting your bones, kidneys, and heart.
    If you’re not maintaining a tan year round then it is quite likely that you are deficient in Vitamin D and I can’t recommend enough that you either test your levels or begin supplementing on a daily basis to maintain optimal levels year round.
    You can find the Vitamin D3 supplement that I use at StephenCabral....
    Enjoy!

    NEW HERE?
    Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
    For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
    Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
    I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
    If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

    My vitamin D levels were 8 when I went to the doctor cause I was randomly bursting into tear several times a day. I was having 20-30 panic attacks a day and I had severe depression. It took me about 6 months of taking 20,000 ius a day of a D3+K2 lotion. I started out taking 5,000 and it did nothing cause I was so low. Then I bumped it up to 10,000 and eventually 20k before I saw real benefits. On days where I would have really bad depression I took 40k. It took me 6 months to get to my goal vitamin d level. As someone with an autoimmune disorder that's higher than normal people. I don't have any depression anymore. I do still have some anxiety but nothing in comparison to when I was deficient.

      Folic acid plays a crucial role in cell growth and metabolism though specifically addressing postpartum hair loss or hormonal changes is not its primary function. But, since it's essential for overall health and well-being, maintaining enough folic acid levels through diet or supplements can indirectly support hair health and overall hormonal balance.
      Hormonal changes postpartum are complex and typically resolve as the body adjusts, but ensuring proper nutrition, including folic acid, can contribute to overall well-being during this time.

    Conventional medicine does not suggest taking a megadose of vitamin d a couple times a week. The general consensus suggests 2,000 IU once a day.

    • @DutchmanAmsterdam
      @DutchmanAmsterdam 6 месяцев назад

      Which is still ridiculously low since a day in the sunshine in summer gives you 20,000 to 30,000 IU, why on earth would one want to limit the dose to 2,000 daily?
      I know the FDA only allows for recommending maximum 2,000 IU daily and doctors are afraid to lose their license. The FDA is 80% funded by Big Pharma that profits from as many people being ill as possible, so that perfectly explains it.

    • @DutchmanAmsterdam
      @DutchmanAmsterdam 6 месяцев назад

      I've been taking 5000IU daily for 9 months now and got my blood level 25(OH)D3 to 80 mcg/l. Dr Boz chooses for herself a level north of 100 mcg/l (= 250 mmol/l)
      So I increased to 10,000 IU daily now and aim for 100 mcg/l.
      Many experts advice 80 to 100 mcg/l as an optimal blood level.
      Avoid any calcium supplement because the vitamin D will make you absorb calcium like crazy, which is good, but too high blood level calcium is harmful and very dangerous. So I will have my calcium level checked as well as my vitamin D level just to be shure. At 100 mcg/l too high calcium levels are not usually reported but calcium supplements would be useless and possibly harmful.
      Until recently doctors prescribed calcium instead of vitamin D to elderly women to avoid osteo porosis. Clearly this was a very bad practice which often is still being applied. Watch out with your doctor. Mine told me to decrease my D level, he has no idea about current knowledge regarding this subject because it is completely ignored in medical school thanks to the influence of the criminal Big Pharma lobby.

      .,,.,, ……. May this message richly bless you and yours as it has bless me.

      Many profess believers of Jesus Christ believe that the fourth commandment to keep the Sabbath holy was nailed to the cross and that we no longer have to keep it, while still embracing the other nine commands. Do you believe this?
      Ask yourself this question: which one or ones of the following Ten Commandments do Jesus wants us to keep and obey?
      1. Thou shalt not have no other gods before me.
      2. Thou shalt not make or bow down to gpl raven image.
      3. Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain.
      4. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.
      5. Honor thy father and thy mother.
      6. Thou shalt not kill.
      7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
      8. Thou shalt not steal.
      9. Thou shalt not bear false witness.
      10. Thou shalt not covet.
      Answer_________________
      The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses.
      This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward.
      God may allow the people that rules this world to enforce some type of Sabbath law to test people to see if they will keep His law or no.
      Already, there are Sabbath laws/blue laws/Sunday laws on government books today.
      Friday is not the true Sabbath. Saturday is not the true Sabbath. Sunday is not the true Sabbath, etc., because they are calculated by man’s time/calendars.
      The true Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars. So, do your research on what you have read in this letter.
      This information is helpful both now and future because we need to get back to God’s ways and if God should allow man to enforce a “Sabbath Test.” If such a test is allowed, may we choose wisely.
      Let us seriously repent of our evil ways, stop worshiping other gods, talking about one another, stealing, killing, lying, fornicating, adultery, disobedient to parents, etc., etc., etc.
      Let us seek God, read our bibles, memorize His commandments and do them, For God’s Kingdom is coming!! Repent! Repent! Repent!
      Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. This Babylonian system is falling, the Powers in charge are aware of this fact but they cannot stop it. Their time is coming to an end! Our time is coming to an end!
      If any worship the beast and his image and receive his mark, the same shall have no rest day or night and they shall be burnt with fire and brimstone. Revelation 13 and 14. Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14.
      Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I look
      At trytry and yidolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Education.” and it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth.
      May The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

    • @stephencabral
      @stephencabral  4 месяца назад +1

      Vitamin K2 is indeed involved in the regulation of blood clotting by helping in the activation of proteins that control clotting, such as prothrombin. However, its effect on increasing prothrombin is not a blanket statement and is typically influenced by factors like dosage and duration of use, as well as individual health conditions. For most people, normal dietary intake or standard supplementation doses of vitamin K2 are unlikely to cause significant changes in clotting unless there are specific medical conditions or other medications involved.

    I was prescribed 50,000 units per week due to low vitamin d and high alkaline phosphatase which is 300. Should I take it? I can't go out in the sun due to a skin condition. They gave me that high dosage because that's what I need to get it back to normal. I rather take it once a week. I only take vitamin D2 because it's vegan. What if I take it once every other week? I also noticed every time I take it, it makes my already chronic constipation condition even worse. I have pelvic floor dyssynergia which is chronic constipation. This is why I never last that long taking vitamin D. The most I lasted in the past 10 years is only 3 weeks in a row then I completely stopped for years.

    • @stephencabral
      @stephencabral  8 месяцев назад

      This is actually the opposite way of how nature intended. We primarily get our vitamin D from the sun on a daily basis. If the sun only rose once per week then that would be more similar to the way nature intended.
