@@notme8232 I actually laughed out loud at your comment 🤣🤣😆
I was thinking the same thing...I'm like, wow, that looks amazing...till he cut it open and all the uncooked egg ran down. Yikes 😬
Honestly because it looks pretty raw to me
Me too, I would have let it cook, I like to get some color to it & less wobble in the middle lol. Much like my perfect body 😂
Impressive. Much respect to the chef
Respect for what looks or taste.
I don't think this will taste good because it is not cooked inside.
@@basanthembrom7762slightly undercooked scrambled eggs are fine though
@@basanthembrom7762 Japanese eggs are not dangerous to eat raw like most western eggs.
@@basanthembrom7762 a lot of people prefer a "undercooked" egg. Personally, i think an egg cooked all the way through is over cooked. It's creamier and more flavorful when it's runny.

I did too!!

Fact.
The skill are wonderful 🎉🎉
I usually can only eat my eggs well-done because I can’t handle slimy textures but I would try the last one. It looks so good 🤤
Nah man this looks like raw egg slime bag
I'm the same way. Anything slimy won't go down.
That's not called well done. That's called normal and safe. Cooking eggs like this is not only disgusting (my opinion) they are also potentially dangerous (fact).
Agreed. It's very disgusting @@sanctioned1176

Es increíble la habilidad del chef!!! aplausos!!! 👏🏻👏🏻Pero en lo particular, me gustan los huevos un poco más cocidos y sin tanto aceite……
☺️
I've noticed Japan and Korea like their omelets with plenty of uncooked scramble inside espically for "omrice" (probably a better name but I learn from anime 🤷♂️)
Also I think the second pan was water not oil, I could be wrong though
Si, al 2do le faltaba un poco de tiempo, todo muy lindo, pero medios crudos 😅

Eggs in Japan are safer to eat than other places in the world. It also depends on how you ate growing up throughout your life. Also, as long as food reaches a certain temp it is safe to consume. I just do not think I can handle the texture lol. The art in this is is amazing. So pretty
Egg starts to cook in about 60 degrees celsius, so the runny egg won't be even that hot.
@@kahvipaputyyppiyes, exactly. Eggs curdle at the slightest bit of too much heat unless they are tempered for use in a sauce, for example.
The runny egg parts in this video never hit the right temperature.
Also the risk of salmonella from eggs is overblown. When eggs are contaminated its usually the outside only from cross contamination. The virus is rarely passed from chicken to egg
No, it does not matter how "safe" it is, you never eat raw eggs! If you do then you must be a masochist.
The danger in egg comes from the growth stage of the fetus. So your comment about them being safer is uneducated and just simply bullshit.
It is always so fascinating to see how much oil to use when cooking omelette!
That's not oil... That's water ... It's just like boiling
That is interesting. I might have to try that.
