United States-Mexico border crisis. In 2021, Texas Governor Greg Abbott launched Operation Lone Star and deployed thousands of Texas National Guard troops to the Southwest border. In October 2023, a special operations unit of the Texas Rangers stormed a strategic island that was used by various cartels for smuggling. This operation was part of a larger campaign to secure the islands of the Rio Grande bordering Texas and Mexico, and the territorial integrity of the United States.

US operating in Mexico gives Mexico every right to invite Chinese and Russian troops to be stationed in Mexico as protection and in fact even help them against CIA led cartels. Then the US is now fucked because their military supremacy in the rest of the world doesn't matter when you have up to 2 of the other most powerful militaries right on their entire southern border in territory that is friendly to them.

When I did a video on this 4 months ago I didn’t think many people would be interested. I’m glad to see more people are seeing what’s happening at the border. It’s a difficult situation that the army guard / Texas rangers are in . The situation in Mexico continues to get worse and the solutions aren’t great.
I'm not American but my attention is now completely set on the US-Mexico border.

A Mexican guy I met a few months ago told me that they are now finding that the cartels are also now using US weapons first supplied to the Ukraine and then trafficked to Latin America.

To answer your question, I'm a military Latino and wish I could be sent out there to defend the border. A lot of us (particularly military folks) have pretty conservative values in the first place. On top of that, it's not just hispanics getting in through the southern border anymore.

It's odd that some people think Americans of Hispanic heritage wouldn't want to protect our border. America is their country as well. Of course they want a secure border! All of our children are put at risk from unsecured borders. Like you said, there are hundreds of thousands of illegals crossing from other parts of the world. China, the Middle East, parts of Africa...are all represented in the illegal crossings.

Also, most of the migrants attempting to cross are not Mexican, most (almost all of them) are Central and South American, whom are also not very much liked by Mexicans. Whereas the latinos working as CBP and National Guardsmen are most often of Mexican-American descent.
I am Puerto Rican but lived in Texas a few years and it's a great place to live in. It's disgusting what's happening. It's almost an act of aggression what the federal government is doing to Texas. My brother is a border patrol agent who literally transferred out of the border because of what's happening. It was literally making him sick.

This issue is helping terrorist organizations travel through other countries just to get to the U.S. without any problems. I got a grandma that lives down in Mexico, a little place called Tecoman Colima, iv been thinking about moving back for years now. The US is just too expensive to live in nowadays. I use to work for an oil field company, during pandemic I lost my job, sold everything I owned, and bought a bicycle.
Now I just tour the states.
Don't need a passport to go into Mexico. 2 pesos for a gallon of clean water, the people can be so loving and caring, it's a completely different culture in Mexico, even if you don't know the language, but it helps alot. I got to visit Mexico when I was a kid, with my parents, and all the violence I heard about almost always occurred on the border. Once you get deeper into Mexico tou don't hear about violence all that much, unless it someone messing around with people or things they shouldn't be.
Sorry for the rant, it's just a subjective view from a kid in the early mid 90s.

Can confirm that patriotism is strong within our community. I had Cuban coworker a while back, whose family immigrated legally to the US. My man had an American flag on his property, and rightfully owned an AR 15 for his home. He was a conservative. And the fact that many people in the US, particularly of the younger generation, praised communism.
After having immigrated from Cuba, he had a very different opinion.
It can get frustrating to see how the immigration process can impact good-hearted people. Deportation can be very harmful to families. But there is a reason for the process - and an open border policy would be disastrous.
There should be a better solution that doesn’t result in the cartels illegally smuggling people into the U.S. while taking advantage of them at the same time. Of course, nobody is happy see that happening. But Abbot is standing up for Texas and against the Cartel’s human trafficking operations. And I’m sure that there are many Mexicans who wish they could say the same about their local governors.

As a Floridian, I'm very happy to see someone covering this topic. I've had personal conversations and have learned that once open fighting starts, many southern people and states will have to respond to such events. In the months prior, I've seen many Florida national guard activated, presumably sent to areas affected by violence. Rangers are not volunteers and they're paid exceedingly well. They amount to an equivalent state police in power and jurisdiction, and they make a median of 70k. Google is free, my man.

People arent going to prison anymore for use and small possession its just probation. Ive seen alot of people fail drug test on probation and nothing done. At most 3 to 6 month in jail. Im in a deep red state.

If we magically dissapear the illegal trade of drug overnight, the wold´s entire economic apparatus would collapse the very next day".

HIAS has been building roads & pit stops to make migrants travels to the border easier, helping them cross the Darien gap from South America and giving them instructions on what to say/do when they get to the border, they also lobby for unrestricted immigration into the US. To make matters even worse this organization receives millions in US taxpayer funding from our gov. So basically the guy responsible for protecting our border came directly from the board of an organization responsible for flooding our border in the first place....
